Sid and Kevin were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Celebrated my 50th birthday with my dear girlfriends at this gorgeous property. The home was well krpt, super clean. The personal touches were just another added bonus. Kitchen was fully stocked! Outside area spacious and beautiful. We were delighted to see so many manatees while visiting. Close proximity to many restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed in the least. Thanks again, Sid and Kevin! I look forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful vacation

We loved the spacious house with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We also enjoyed the pool. Our only regret was not staying longer.

A Perfect Stay

It was perfect. The house was spotless and location was exactly what we wanted. We have stayed at several VRBOs all over the world and this one is now at the top of the list. Check in and check out were painless. We highly recommend this place.

So much room, lovely outdoor space, great views, lots of extra amenities, manatees too!

We loved our stay. The outdoor space has great views of the canal and manatees. We used the pool every day! Inside it was absolutely perfect for our family. So many nice extras…sound system throughout, very comfortable beds and bedding, great cooking and entertaining options, felt like new everything, device charging stations, kayaks and paddle boards to use in the canal. We had a great stay in this beautiful home! Thank you!

Wonderful house with beautiful views!!

We stayed almost 3 weeks and it truly felt like our home away from home. It’s very clean, beds were comfortable, stocked with all kitchen gadgets, kayaks to use, plenty of pool furniture and towels, etc. This house was everything the description said….even better. We will be back.

This is the place!!!! Absolutely beautiful and clean. Lots of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds very comfortable. Having the use of the kayaks was a treat. I just wish our stay was longer.

Great Vacation

We had a great time at this property. The kids enjoyed the pool, kayaks and fishing. A minor issue with the pool which was immediately addressed when brought to the owners attention. The house was very clean and spacious. Overall we had a great time here and would stay here again in the future.

Great location!

It was a very spacious house on a corner lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, which gave us amazing views of the sunset on the water! I sure wish we had better weather as we were inside in cold rainy weather most of the trip so we could never use the pool because it would not heat up enough. Just was very attentive.

Thank you for the review Robert and we are glad you enjoyed your stay! To provide some additional context for future guests, Robert's stay unfortunately overlapped with a polar vortex event that brought literally freezing temperatures to our area in Florida. It snowed 8 inches on a beach a few hours away. The pool heater works totally fine under normal conditions, however when it is 30-40 degrees all day, electric pool heaters just can't heat 15,000 gallon pools to 85 degrees as he wished.

Nothing short of amazing

Property was so clean and exactly how it shows online. We took our boat and tied it up at the dock which was super convenient. We loved how easy the gulf was to access which made island hopping very fun. Wish we could have stayed longer and definitely hope to be back! Thanks so much for being a wonderful host.

This was a "special occasion" holiday booked for 2024, unfortunately our grandson broke his leg 8 weeks prior to us flying. The help and support we got from the property agent in rebooking for the same time in 2025 was excellent and this continued during our stay. Replies to our questions were give an prompt reply and our refundable deposit was returned in a timely manner.The situation of the villa was excellent although the same cannot be said about our fishing skills! The villa is very equipped and there was more than enough space for our party of 4 adults 1 teenager and an 8 year old. It turned out to be a very special holiday and this villa made a big contribution to making it as such. Thank you to all who are involved with looking after this villa.

Family trip

We had a great time and truly enjoyed the property. Very nicely remodeled after the hurricane. Would recommend! I do have one suggestion, If the managers know someone is checking in it would be a really nice touch to turn the pool heater on so the guests can use it. Pool was too cold to swim in the evening we got there (we did use the spa though) and did not warm up until mid day the next day. After a long day of travel kids were excited to swim and disappointed it was cold. Just a thought…. But stay was really great! Thanks!

Great House with Lots of Manatees

Wonderful house for 3 adults looking to lounge by the pool for a week in December. Our only complaint (besides the dreary weather) was the ants. They made cooking in the kitchen less than pleasant. The unfortunate cold front brought in the manatees searching for warm water. We also saw several dolphins one morning. The weather wasn’t conducive to kayaking but I will definitely try that next time. We agree with previous reviews that the cleaning crew goes above and beyond. The pool heat worked great after the initial 12 hour warm up and felt like bath water with the air temperature in the 60s. All questions were answered within a few hours and the check in and check out process was very simple compared to other rentals. Highly recommend.

Escaping the Great White North to sunny Florida

Looking at the gorgeous pictures of beautiful Belissima in Cape Coral you can't help but think it can't be quite as good as the pictures, but close will be good enough. And then when you arrive and begin to explore you realize the pictures capture the beauty, charm, and elegance perfectly. We escaped the cold and snow of our Canadian winter to enjoy the sun and warmth of Florida in February and this property hit every mark. The kitchen is well stocked with not just utensils and various cookware, but also with a large array of spices. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and appointed rooms. The living room is huge, he kitchenette, cozy, and the coffee / wine bar a treat. The best place by far, however, is the outdoor living space. The pool and hottub, the outdoor living room and dining room, complete with large flat screen, and the stainless steel BBQ with overhead vent fan and light. The huge, screened-in deck along with the smaller deck by the canal were great places to get some sun, to a lot of sun, depending on your preference. And then each night before bed our family gathered around the pool table for some fun and competition. We had the most marvelous week and the property played a huge part in the success of our family vacation!

Beautiful location

This was our annual family vacation. Communication with the host was superb. Lots of space no one felt cramped. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. They both caught their 1st fish. Wonderful memories were made.

Panoramic view; could use some updating.

Excellent location with a sweeping southern view. Good privacy on both sides. The house is comfortable and very well equipped, but could use some updating to make it really spectacular, particularly in the bathrooms and pool area. For example, holes in the lanai screens are patched with duct tape. The spa was not working properly upon our arrival and the promised repair was not made during our two-week stay. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Great spot with canal views and an awesome pool!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The saltwater pool and spa was excellent and the canal views from the pool and lanai made our stay just amazing. Very private and quiet, but yet easy access to shopping, the beaches and all the fun things to do in Cape Coral and Fort Myers. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and home size

This home has a great location. It's not too far from stores and restaurants. By water it's located within 10 minutes off the river. The house accommodated our family of 6 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of spaces to hang out both inside and outside. The spa was a great size for our grandchildren (ages 6 and 3) to play in on their own. There were plenty of loungers for us to use as well as other places to sit outside and relax.

Beautiful View!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The views at sunset were incredible!! The spa get very hot and was relaxing each evening. Pool is perfect!!! We would stay here again!!
