Welcome to Park Place Cottage - 44 Park Street

Indoor gas fireplace, private screened-in porch with ample lounge seating, and access to Courtyard Commons. A minute to the dock and Lake Eufaula!

Park Place is your home away from home! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath lake getaway has room for up to 8 and has plenty of space to lounge and relax. Downstairs you will be greeted with an open floor plan so everyone can enjoy living, dining, and eating together.

From the living area, you have access to do the charming King master bedroom and bath as well as the private enclosed screened-in porch perfect for Summer reading or Fall evenings. You also have access to the Courtyard Commons area with outdoor dining space shared with surrounding neighbors.
Upstairs you will be greeted with a secondary entertainment space for relaxing, and two guest bedrooms: the first with 2 twins and the second with a queen bed, both sharing a jack & jill style bathroom.
Don't miss the views of Park Street and the dock area from the upstairs balcony. This home is sure to please! This property has a propane grill for guests to use.

Park Place has 2 guest parking spaces at the back of the property. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.

Golf carts parked at the property are owners use only.
If you would like to rent a Golf cart, please reserve your cart online through Carts of Carlton at or contact Dr. Doos at.

All of our vacation rental homes at LakeStay are equipped with bed linens, bath towels, a starter supply of amenities, and a washer/dryer unit for your stay. Guests will have access to our community amenities: pool, hot tub, grills, inflatable water park, and seasonal kayaks-paddle board rentals. Carlton Landing Weekend

Fantastic location! Close to food, shopping, pools and short drive to the marina. Loved taking morning walks around the community and admiring the beautiful homes. Kids enjoyed outdoor movie night, sand volleyball and food trucks. Probably will rent a golf cart next visit just for fun.

Family Vacation for Extended Weekend

We had an extended weekend at Carlton Landing for my family and in-laws. This townhouse was in a great location to many of the features of the community. We had all of the kitchen items we needed for our meals, beds were comfortable, and the decor was very cute. I enjoyed the screened in porch during the rainstorm we experienced during our visit. Super cute place and hope it remains a rental in the future! (It was for sale during our visit in June 2023.)

Location was PERFECT and the townhome was VERY clean and had everything we needed to cook at home and spend time together. Only downside was our first night the temperature in the unit was very warm....and it took most of the night to for the air conditioner to get caught up - it was hot outside. No problems after the first night though.

Goodbye Summer Getaway

This property was perfection!!! The size was ideal for our group of 8. The common area was large and made it easy to hang out and snack and chat. The screened in back patio was a favorite spot for us to sit. The location of this home was in perfect proximity to all the happenings. The decor was so tasteful and the home was equipped with all we needed and more. We rented a golf cart from Carts of Carlton and I highly recommend that for your stay. Mama Tiegs pizza is a must. The best pizza and by far the friendliest staff at Carlton. I would only suggest the Meeting House for morning coffee/teas, those were so good. Food was frozen and just reheated and not very good. Staff was also slightly rude even overheard them commenting on one particular guest being able to afford the frequency of their visits. Bar drinks were ok but again bartender was extremely rude. However the patio seating area was perfect. I also wouldn’t recommend the Pantry, cute novelty items but the lady working was so rude as if we were bothering her. Other then those few minor issues our stay was perfection and the best way to say goodbye to summer

Labor Day Family Weekend at the Lake
