Regarding the pet policy, the listing clearly states one small dog is permitted. I allowed two dogs as one was a service dog, at no additional charge. I was not informed the second dog was a puppy; had I been aware, I likely would not have approved the exception. The damage in question occurred in the main living area, which is a shared space and not easily restricted. The cleaner found several dog bones under the sofa in that area, and the sofa required steam cleaning. The additional damage charge was due to the need to sand and repaint baseboards that showed chew and claw marks. Concerning accessibility, no questions were raised prior to booking regarding mobility access.
