This apartment is located in a beautiful new apartment community called The Fenimore, just built in 2019/2020. It's in a peaceful suburban area, not really walkable to much, but only ~5 minutes drive from unlimited shopping and dining options. You'll be very close to Easton Town Center, the Columbus airport (CMH), and everything on North Hamilton road.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment. As our guest, you'll also have access to the community amenities (fitness center, pool, gourmet coffee station, etc.)

Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the peace & quiet of our brand new apartment community - perfectly situated near 161 between New Albany and Westerville.
