âąBoasting an array of sleek finishes and a thoughtful open plan layout, this immaculate 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is a paradigm of contemporary Columbus living. Features of this 1260 sq. ft. home include wide plank engineered LVP floors, central heating and cooling, washer/dryer, granite countertops, basement, back yard, two (2) private parking paces, and many more. This newly renovated home flows into a luminous, open-concept living and dining area.

âąHOME (DUPLEX): Please note that this home is over 50 years old so we have squeaky floors and doors. This is a duplex and both units (yours and the one next door) are both AirBnB's. Nothing is shared except for the backyard. Expect to experience a similar experience as you would in a hotel or apartment with potentially being able to hear guests on the other side from time to time. We kindly ask to be considerate of quiet hours. Enjoy the home! :)
âąGuest Access: Entire home.
âąALEXA: This home is 90% run via Alexa. Every room has a SONOS speaker with Alexa active. The living room is also Alexa active. If your name is Alexa, we apologize in advance.
âąSMART LOCK: Last 4 digits of your phone number is your access code. Enter it and it will open. To lock, press the bottom right button with an âXâ and wait for the check mark.
âąSURVEILLANCE: There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for security reasons. One faces the parking lot and the other faces the front porch/street. If you feel uncomfortable, please let us know and we will turn them off. Again, they are for security reasons only.

When you stay at my home, you can expect suburb, home-like vibe, yet only 5 minutes from downtown. This is the beauty of Columbus that I absolutely love. I am well-traveled, have lived in many different states, but living here is very different. You get the best of both worlds. I hope you enjoy my neighborhood as much as I do!

I've spent so much time and effort perfecting my home. From brainstorming about the things that stand out to me when I travel to making it as convenient and comforting to my gusts, I believe I've come very close to perfecting your experience. Expect a smart-home experience with smart lights, smart thermostat, and unique Alexa commands throughout the home. No more standing up to turn off/on the lights. No more pulling your phone out to play music - your voice my Alexa's command. You may enjoy all of this with the beautiful alcoholic bar I have strategically placed in the living room for you and your guests to enjoy.
