Great house for families

This is our 2nd year renting this house! The layout is great for families with plenty of space for everyone. We love the pool and ability to heat it. Our family loves the area and the close proximity to the beach. It’s so easy to ride bikes over to the nest with all the accessible bike paths. We will be back again next year!

August stay

Our stay was great! The house was very clean with plenty of space. They made the checkout process super easy! Only a 2 minute walk to the beach! Will definitely stay again!

Amazing stay

My family and I had a fantastic experience staying at this wonderful house in an excellent location on Eugenia Ave. the house is exactly as pictured and the management company was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location so convenient to the beach, trails, stores and Night Heron Park. House amenities were great: two dish washers, comfortable beds. The pool was a major hit with the kiddos. We will definitely return!!!! Only negative construction next door.

Terrific House

We had a great stay and loved this house. It is very well designed with lots of space and all on one story. Plenty of room for people to gather or find a quiet place to read or relax. Awesome location across from the beach access. Highly recommend!!

A perfect home for groups and families!

We stayed in this home with a group of 9 … my husband and I, our daughter and son-in-law, and their 5 kids, ages 13 years to 19 months. This house was so well designed, with large spaces for all and many little nooks where one or two could be alone. We loved having 2 master suites and the multiple outdoor spaces. The bunk room was perfect for our granddaughters! Although the weather was a bit tricky, we loved having the beach so close and the heated pool “back home”. We also enjoyed cooking with the gas grill and spending time down by the firepit. We have wonderful memories of Kiawah Island and your home!

Beautiful home short walk to pool

We enjoyed the pool, the very short walk to the beach, and bike trails. The bedrooms and common areas are comfortable and we liked the decor. I would recommend this place.

Amazing vacation house!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family vacation with our adult children. It was spacious with lots of common areas and nooks to be together or alone to read your book. We loved all the extras left by iTrip and would definitely rent again in the future.

Beautiful house in Kiawah

We had a wonderful stay with family in this beautiful house. It was just as pictured online, beautifully decorated and very spacious. The location was perfect…right across the street from the beach access. We would definitely stay again!
