RENOVATIONS for 2026! Amazing Home on ROYAL BEACH Kiawah, Private pool, Easy boardwalk access!
This stunning Kiawah Island retreat is located on the exclusive, private Royal Beach Drive. A longtime guest favorite, the home is currently undergoing an extensive renovation and will be ready to welcome visitors again in March 2026. The photos shown reflect the home in its current state. While already beautiful, the redesign will introduce an entirely refreshed coastal experience featuring luxury finishes and thoughtful updates throughout.
Renovation Highlights:
âą Completely redesigned chef's kitchen featuring two 36-inch built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezers with ice makers and water dispenser, a 48-inch dual-oven Wolf range, separate Wolf microwave, two built-in Miele dishwashers, and an updated bar area. Finished with custom white cabinetry, stone countertops and backsplash, and new cherry-wood flooring.
âą All-new primary bathroom with a full layout redesign, matching vanities, custom cabinetry, a soaking tub, and a walk-in glass and stone shower.
âą New, understated coastal-inspired carpeting in all bedrooms.
âą Fresh interior paint throughout, from baseboards to ceilings.
