Welcome to our La Casa Family Cottage! This 3-bedroom retreat features a spacious open-plan main floor with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar and dinning area. The cozy living room includes a gas fireplace and opens onto a large deck - perfect for entertaining or relaxing with resort views. The main floor offers a generous primary bedroom, while two additional bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Guests can enjoy endless resort amenities: outdoor heated pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, mini golf, beach volleyball, playgrounds, BBQ areas, marina access, a beachside aqua park, hiking trails and more. La Casa is a secure, gated community with private security for peace of mind.

Nature lovers will appreciate being just a 10 minute drive from local provincial parks and waterfalls, or you can lace up your shoes and head across the road to explore countless hiking trails with stunning views.

For families with little ones, we provide a high chair, booster seat, pack-n-play and a selection of child friendly dishes and cups.

Please note: the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tubs are typically available from May through October (Thanksgiving Weekend), with a resort hot tub available on the weekends and holidays throughout the winter - Please confirm details at the time of booking.

This is our third year visiting la casa and we have stayed in a different cottage each time but this one might be our favorite so far. We like the fact that it’s three actual bedrooms instead of two bedrooms and a loft. We appreciated the kid friendly dishes and baby gear. We felt a bit lost initially as there was no welcome letter with WiFi info or anything else important to know but we got it all figured out with the host through email communication. Overall no complaints. Clean and comfortable!

Fun family teip

We rented 2 houses in La Casa for my family and had the best time! The house was quite well stocked for spices + the essentials, and the location was amazing as it was only a quick walk to the main pool, playground, mini golf + store. The only downside to the location is it backs on to the volleyball court, but we turned on a white noise app for the kids who went to bed early and that drowned them out. Great place for a family vacation, and Bryan was very responsive to any questions we had.

The Perfect Family Vacation

We booked Bryan’s and Ashley’s property last minute and it was the best spontaneous decision we could have made! The property is situated perfectly within the La Casa resort as the house is extremely close to the amenities. We loved having easy access to the pool, tennis courts, mini golf, playground and volleyball! La Casa staff keep the grounds in tip-top shape and the 24/7 security makes it feel very safe. The house is well equipped for a family stay. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make all your meals at the house. Beds were comfy and house was clean. Bryan was a super responsive and helpful host. Definitely recommend reading his “welcome letter” as it contains lots of detailed info on what to bring and what to do! My only suggestion would be to buy bottled water when you do your grocery shopping in the city as the entire resort is currently under a boil water advisory. You can also buy it at the resort store (a tad expensive.) Overall a wonderful place!

Relaxing family resort

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was a great size for our family of 5. The kitchen was well-stocked, we found everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. We ate dinner out on the big deck every night. Bryan and Ashley are great hosts, and Bryan was very quick to answer our questions. The amenities were nice and close, the kids went golfing at least twice a day. The restaurant and store were open every day and a 1 min walk away. They had a good selection of drinks and ice cream. We enjoyed going to the lake, the aquapark is really fun for everyone. We had a great vacation and would definitely come back here again!

Location of property to general store and pool amenities was perfect. Kids could go mini golfing without having needing parents to walk them there. The cottage was spacious for a family of 5 and had all the necessities to make the vacation comfortable.

Great vacation spot

The cottage had lots of space with a large deck. Bryan and Ashley were very accommodating and responsive, they were so great to deal with! La Casa is a very nice development with pool, hot tubs, mini golf, and other amenities just steps away from the cottage - Great for a family vacation or get away with some friends, we’d definitely come back and stay here.

Great vacation spot

We only stayed for two nights. Wish it was longer. Beautiful spot. Not sure how busy it will be in the summer months but in June we had the beach basically to ourselves. Long drive from Kelowna so bring supplies. And water shoes. We will definitely come back! Suite is right by the park and pool which is great for kids.

Fantastic Location, Unit and Owner!!

This was our second year out to La Casa and this cabin was perfect. It had lots of space (3 bedrooms), with a fully stocked kitchen (literally everything was there!). We loved the proximity to the recreation facilities -a very quick walk to the pool, mini golf, etc. not having to worry about crossing the highway or climbing hills. Most importantly, Bryan was amazing to deal with. With the fires close by, Bryan was in constant contact to make sure we were aware and updated, and to see if he could help in anyway. He was responsive to any requests or questions we had before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this cabin and can't wait to go back. Please note if you haven't been to La Casa before that the beach is rocky (bring water shoes) but with the trampolines/aqua park set up it was so much fun for the kids (and free to use!). Also, the roads are windy so bring groceries or have them delivered, so you aren't driving in to Kelowna/Vernon if you don't need to. A perfect place to stay as a family!

Nothing short of amazing

Our family (husband, myself and 2 young children) stayed here for 5 days and loved every second of it. The cottage was very clean, beautiful and super kid friendly. Has everything you could possibly need. Nice and close to the pool (which is very helpful with kids) The grounds were great too. Perfect pool/hot tub. Awesome little playground and mini golf the kids loved. The hosts were absolutely incredible. Bryan was very accommodating and made everything so easy. Even assisted with getting us a hotel booking when our travel plans had to change last minute. We are very grateful for the hospitality and will 100% be coming back!!

Great stay at Mellow Yellow

Bryan and Ashley were great hosts for our Okanagan vacation. We were in town for a wedding at La Casa resort, so the location we perfect for us. There are lots of activities to keep you entertained, and great swimming spots close by. Would definitely stay again!
