All bedrooms are individually air conditioned and have built-in wardrobes.

On the lower level is the well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining and living area. There is a sunny and private balcony off the living area with a retractable awning - ideal for an alfresco meal! Enjoy the huge Smart TV and WiFi. A very short stroll down the path and you are literally on the sands of Avoca Beach. There is also an outdoor shower for your comfort.
Garage parking for 1 vehicle the other can be parked in front of the garage - please don`t block access to the garage closest to the street.
