This newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath split level has all the bells and whistles with central air throughout. As you enter the home you walk into the beautifully decorated open living room/kitchen concept. The living room has a comfortable couch with 2 cozy chair that surround the fireplace. The stunning open kitchen has everything you will need to make a gourmet meal. The granite island seats 3 and is the hub of the home perfect for your morning coffee. Through the kitchen you will find the bright and open dining room that seats 6. The table is surrounded by a wall of windows with cathedral ceilings perfect for game night or family dinner. Down the hall you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a slate tile floor. Across from the bathroom you will find the master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and flat screen tv. Across the master you will find the second bedroom nicely decorated with a full size bed. Down the stairs on the lower floor you will find the third bedroom with a twin trundle that sleeps 2. The family room is also located downstairs with a sectional on order and a flat screen tv. At the bottom of the stairs you will find the laundry and another full bathroom with a tub and shower. Outside you can enjoy a fire pit right in your back yard with adirondack chairs. After a long day at the beach there is an enclosed outdoor shower perfect to rinse the sand from your toes. This home has everything you need for a wonderful Cape vacation. Sandwich has Heritage Gardens, the famous glass museum and several wonderful restaurants right in town. Hyannis is just a 15min drive away if you are in need of a mall or Target.
