Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in need of some serious attention. Items not working and cleanliness was at best just passable. Appliances did not work and some kitchen appliances needed cleaning before being used. There is a mould problem.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here while relocating for work. Property was functional and tidy. Any problems were quickly dealt with by Mid Coast rentals.

Low-key holiday home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pleasant three bedroom holiday home with air conditioning in the lounge room and fans in the bedrooms. King bed in the main bedroom and two singles in another and one single in the third bedroom. Microwave and air fryer are available but no microwavable containers. Basic saucepans and frypan available. Shower over the bath. Bring or buy your toilet paper as only one roll provided. Similarly bring your own dishwashing liquid and tea towels as insufficient provided. Washing machine machine takes a bit of working out and only three tablets supplied. One of the light switches broke in the smallest bedroom, and there was a leak in the back verandah roof. Apart from these minor inconveniences we had a very pleasant holiday stay.

Regarding toiletries, we provide a starter supply of essential items, with guests asked to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed for the duration of their stay. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great. Easy booking system. Difficult to get in the door after for trying for 20 mins we had to call the realestate and were told we just have to giggle it and it will work.. it was very difficult to open. The place was tidy and a good size. The windows were putrid - covered in mould - severe mold! And the counters and cupboards were not cleaned. We are very easily pleased people. And happy to rough it camping in the middle of no where but when you are paying $450 for the weekend we expect clean. Not fancy just clean. Our family has owned budget accomodation for years so we know what clean is. Perhaps popping into the rentals to ensure cleaners have infact cleaned and also a visit just prior to a new guest coming in would be a good idea - just to get the odd dead cockroach or fly that can appear between clean and new holiday maker. As this was case for us.
