This gorgeous 4 bedroom property features views of the river feeding into the ocean.
Main bedroom consists of Ensuite and queen bed
2nd bedroom Queen bed
3rd bedroom 2 Single beds
4th bedroom Tri Bunk ( single on top of double)
Has a well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Complimentary items like tea, coffee, sugar, some toilet paper & cleaning items have been provided for guest convivence.
Fully laundry including dryer.
and decks on both front and back of property.
Double lock up garage

Linen is also provided to make your holiday that much more enjoyable.

A good winter stay close to the water for fishing/beach play. Children playground in close proximity. Cafe/Coffee 2 doors away.

Beautiful elevated position giving panoramic views over the water. Plenty of birdlife to enjoy watching, especially pelicans and swans.

The view from all of the house up stairs was fantastic 👍 wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. It certainly lives up to its name,Pelicans Drift watched plenty of them on the water. Definitely recommend this property to others .

Was a lovely place to stay with the beautiful views

The property was overall very good with a few reservations The bed in the room with the bunks the double bed mattress was not suitable for adults or children to sleep in much to thin for a comfortable nights sleep. Some of the vertical blinds were quite dirty. We were very happy with your prompt attention to the broken toilet. Overall we enjoyed our stay Regards julie

Reviewer Comments: Location perfect, just some cleaning and repairs are needed, firstly light above main bathroom sink not working, back screen door the bottom insect protector broken (falls off), fly screen from lounge room to the verandah kept coming of the rail,,, cleaning fluff dirt under lounge, hair found in ensuite shower drain, cigarette found on outside chair, also maybe the verandah windows could have been cleaned,,,,, i did forward this after my stay,,, we will book again for 2023, thank you
