Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. Equipped with two Master Bedrooms; each has an ensuite bathroom and a private balcony. Each balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. One parking space is available, but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Clean, Condo in great location.Reasonable price.

Property was clean in an excellent location within walking distance of most things. The downside is you could hear traffice and ambulances at night.We were a family of room and there was plenty of room.The washer/dryer combo was trick y to use. I wish they had left instructions in laundry roo. However, the property manager sent someoen prompty to help.Also, I wished they had provided two parking spaces because the garage around the corner was 15 per day.

Great location!

Very nice condo with onsite parking and super close to everything, we had a wonderful . The building was nice and quiet and we were able to walk to many things.

We had a fabulous time staying here! So close to everything. Easy walking to Green Man, Catawba, Wicked Weed, and more!

Beautiful in town condo

This lovely condo supplied everything needed for a week or a month’s stay. It was very comfortable and stocked with coffee (!) and paper goods, sheets, blankets etc.

Unit is exactly as advertised. Great location. Parking garage is a huge plus. Walking distance to almost anything you want. Only issue is street noise but that is minimal if you keep the windows and doors closed. Great place to stay. Give Star!

Awesome location and awesome unit!

Place was in a great location and walking distance to anything need and want to do. Would stay here again. Would love a higher unit without view of a domed building but still was great.

Great place!

Overall really nice stay. There were a couple things that needed to be addressed, the shower door brackets were coming out of the wall and the toilet paper holder felloff the wall. Id recommend bringing your own coffee and coffee pot it that means anything to you, and the sheets and pillows could use an upgrade. The overall stay was very plesent and had a very convenient location.

Great time in Asheville

My group loved the location of this place. Close Green Man, Burial, Buxton Hall, and Vortex donuts which are all some of my favorites. The place was clean, well supplied and easy to get in and out of. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Asheville.

Perfect location

This place is within walking distance of restaurants and shops in downtown Asheville. Nice, new building and condo was extremely clean. Parking and building were secure with codes. Highly recommend!

Mom’s trip

The apartment was perfect for a quick trip. About a half a block of up hill walking to to be right in the middle of everything. Great coffee shop down the hill. Close to really delicious restaurants. Even with only being on the 2nd floor there were still some lovely Mountain View’s. We all mentioned that we would happily stay here again.

Quick trip

Easiest check in and almost immediate response from owner when we reached out. Unit looks exactly like photos, everything was clean, and location allows you to not need your vehicle to get anywhere in town. Beds were super comfortable, loved the pillows. The shower in the primary bath had a bit of water spill out during our showers but we just made sure to keep a towel there. Easily somewhere we would stay again.

3 night golf and shop

This property was beautiful and spotless. Good security with codes to enter. Only downside was the one car parking. We parked in a nearby garage. My husband said he didn’t mind parking in an offsite garage because the condo was so nice.

Clean and Modern

Easy check in, clean and had all the things we could need to start us off. Found an iron, but couldnt find an ironing board. Other than that, had everything. Easy walking to a lot of Ashville. Whatever bar is across the street was super loud til 2am and woke us several nights.

Spacious and Spotless with gorgeous Mtn Views

Besides being in a great location with secure parking, this unit has fantastic Mountain View’s and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. It’s hard to figure out which is the Master. They are equivalent. This is our 3rd time staying in this unit and hope to stay here on future visits to Asheville.

Walking distance to everything you need!

We stayed here as a long weekend getaway with our 2 kids (5 & 3) and their aunt and uncle. There was plenty of space for us to put a blow-up mattress in the master. The 2 porches were nice for us to rise early and have a place to sit and not wake up the rest of the house. Plenty of cooking supplies, seating, and space to entertain/relax after a day out on the town. **One Note: this place is in the heart of the south slope and it can get very noisy on the weekends with bars, concerts, and heavy foot traffic. Probably not great for a light sleeper.

Great Place could use a few things

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking and check in was smooth. The unit was perfect for two couples or a small family. A few minor needs for improvements: 1. Update some kitchen pots, pans, utensils.2 Instructions on operation of the combo washer/dryer unit. Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location, close to all the south slope attractions and brewers. It was also convenient to the Biltmore and area hiking. The condo was clean and well maintained. The secure parking garage and private parking spot were a nice benefit. The outdoor seating on the two balconies made for enjoyable evenings at the condo. The only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable and there was limited couch seating in the living room; replacing one of the chairs with a second sofa or a loveseat would have made it better.

The Sistas

I spent three nights in this VRBO for a girls weekend with three other family members. This unit is perfect for four people. It has all the amenities including coffee and creamer, two balconies, ice maker, filtered water from the fridge. Everything was clean and new. It is in a great location for walking to popular restaurants, bars, shopping areas. Right around the corner from The Orange Peel music venue, Lazoom comedy bus tour, Wicked Weed Brewery. It is a short 15 minute drive to The Biltmore Mansion and a short drive to several hiking/walking paths.. Communication with the host was simple and easy. Always received a response right away. We had no issues with the unit. Other than a creaky door, which a little household oil could fix, and the TP holder in our bedroom was broken. Everything else was stellar! Great shower, comfortable bed, lots of hangers in the closet, etc. enjoyed our stay!
