Stunning new build condo in downtown Asheville. This is a Corner Unit Condo with two Master Bedrooms. Your own private wrap-around balcony provides incredible southwest-facing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway One parking spot is available but cars can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

You will receive detailed instructions upon booking and 3 days prior to arrival with all relevant information needed for access to your rental and stay.

Amazing location!

Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We felt like we were locals for our time there. The condo itself was gorgeous with an incredible view the mountains over Biltmore forest. Great spot for an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

Great location and spectacular views

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has secure parking. We also loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will stay here again.

Synopsis

So many codes! There is a serious and unsettling knocking noise when riding the elevator. You need to have this looked into. Other occupants and renters also mentioned it.

Autumn in Asheville

Absolutely amazing condo perfect for a weekend in Asheville. The condo was stylish and clean with safe and secure parking. Gorgeous views from downtown Asheville all the way to Mt. Pisgah. Terrific location! Only a 5 minute walk to downtown & everything that Asheville offers; shopping, restaurants, breweries... We will definitely be back.

Excellent Apt & Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and still have privacy. The apt & bldg are very clean, and the garage parking was such an added bonus after having stayed in Asheville w/o that amenity. The location is perfect for walking to many excellent restaurants, boutiques,yoga, and the food co-op that was stocked with everything you could need. It was a very short ride to tubing on the river, and a slightly longer drive to many options for hiking. We had a very small issue that we need to contact management on and their reply was quick and took care of the situation.

Perfect place!

Everything about this condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The space was perfect for our group- two adult couples. The location was fantastic. Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants.

Girls’ Trip

Perfect location. Street construction loud and distracting during the days (although you have no control over that!). Only things that could have made this better, and this is truly nit-picking: 1) up the quality and size of shower products and toilet paper; 2) fuller pillows; and 3) get a keurig and quality coffee.

Pretty from a distance

I definitely splurged on this property. I knew we'd have some downtime where we just hung out in the condo. While the view is breathtaking, there are many things that need some love. For the price, I expected a bit more.

Ashville visit

We came for a few day first time visit to Ashville. The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. We were in the south slope area around many breweries, food, and attractions. The Biltmore was amazing as well. We enjoyed our trip immensely and look forward to a return trip in the future.

Great location for a girls get away!

This property was a perfect place for our girls get away. It was very clean and a great location! We could walk to tons of places. The check in process was great because it is all keypads with codes. Would definitely stay here again!
