Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances including a coffee pod machine with pods supplied and an air-fryer is included. The main bedroom with King bed, large bathroom with a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required. A separate small laundry with washing machine and cordless vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a  large screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD and Bluetooth stereo.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV along with a variety of games. Great for the kids.

The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river up the end of the street from the front of the villa, Small private back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay.

Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 6 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available.  .

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
