This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs unit & consists of 1 x Queen bed in main room, 1 single and1 x Bunk bed in second room. The Unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. Wall mounted New 43 Inch Smart TV in lounge/ dining area with a comfortable lounge to relax on after a day out and about exploring Kalbarri. The kitchen is well stocked with all the general cooking and crockery needs, fridge/freezer plus a microwave stovetop, oven . This unit is a lovely place to stay in & relax . Great location, with a lovely view of the river. Laundry facilities are available within the complex, swimming pool and tennis courts are a few of the facilities available please note you do need to bring your own Rackets and balls. This unit is Privately Owned.

2. Linen and 1 towel per person ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly NO pet property.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

Kalbarri has: - bakeries, butcher, IGA, three fuel stations, post office, tavern, pub, bottle shops, restaurants, fashion boutiques, surf shops, chemist, bank agencies, coffee shops, beauty salon, fish and chip shops, sports oval, skate park and much more.

This complex has a luxurious pool area comprising a 25 metre lap pool, an extra large wading pool and a toddlers pool.
You can enjoy the beautiful coloured pool lights in the evening. The share BBQs and two playground areas that will keep children occupied.
There are tennis courts for you to use but you do need to bring your own rackets and balls

26 Riverview Holiday Apartment

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at Riverview in Kalbarri, and had an awesome time. The accommodation was perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed, for a comfortable stay. Its always great to have a good size fridge in holiday accommodation. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook and made use of the barbecue one night.The beds were comfy and the pillows (though we always bring our own.) it was good having the fan in the bedroom as it was still warm, but didnt want to run the aircon in the living area. WIFI was disappointing in that we couldn't stream on the TV, although it was a smart TV. But that was not a big issue as we didn't really need to watch tv. We look forward to the pool heating being installed and then would have used this during our stay. We would definitely come back.the Accommodation booking service was great - very easy to book and also very helpful. One of our lights blew (special globe) and when we informed them, it was fixed that day. we walked everywhere which was great, it is close enough to do this.

Good Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - a bit noisy on the corner. Seems the ground floor apartments have a bit more space. The apartment needs some work to be done ito maintenance and general upkeep. It is however ok for short stay. I would return again to the same location - maybe not same apartment.

Great location with a least service

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found notices everywhere in the apartment, and everyone felt like we are in a concentration camp. The location is excellent as I chose this block/unit carefully - feel sad for people leaving in the back units.

Awesome first trip to kalbarri

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For our first trip to kalbarri we were super happy. Our apartment was perfect for the kids and us adults. With a great river view and multiple playgrounds surrounding us! Kitchen and utensils were perfect as was shower/bathroom. The only thing I could notice was blankets hadn’t been washed as other peoples hair was still noticing visible on them but it was no problem we didn’t need them and felt very at home. Would def return
