Love Evans Head. Weather perfect. Locals friendly. Would definitely visit again but stay somewhere else. Issues - Hair on toilet floor (gross), rat & cockroach stations (a turn off), grass long (well overdue for maintenance), noisy building going on from 7am to 4pm daily (hardly contributing to any holiday vibes).
