So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Great stay!!

We had a great stay! The security is nice and it’s clean! Gerald, the project manager from our condo, was very nice, helpful and quick to text or call back with any questions or concerns! We’ll stay again!

Perfect for 2

Very nice condo on 3rd floor, cute decor, beautiful view. Owners provided enough soap, shampoo, wash detergent, to, etc for 2 people for a week. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is glass doors going to balcony very hard to open and close. West end of beach much more peaceful and less traffic We will definitely 😁 be back.

We will be back!

We are very satisfied with our stay at the commodore. The communication is clear and we had no problems checking in/out. The greeting staff in the front are all the nicest people. We loved our room and the area surrounding the hotel. It’s peaceful and not over crowded, beach area included.I have nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back to this specific place. Highly recommend!

doors from living room/bedroom to balcony took all strength to open. Mold/mildew outside on wall of balcony. kitchen window blinds broken. no ice maker in fridge . 1 ice tray. dishwasher door would not close. ceiling fan in bedroom covered with dust/mildew? condo is very outdated.

Disappointed

My husband and I booked a stay at this condo. Pics looked nice. It’s actually very outdated, smells like mold, bed was horrible and the washer and dryer did not work which made keeping towels for the beach and wet clothes clean an inconvenience. We came down to get rested from busy work schedules. This did not feel like vacation. For what we paid per night we feel it should of at least had a mattress that you didn’t feel the springs in. ( and no we are not large people) property manager was very prompt and got back to me as soon as I let her know about washer/dryer situation. But it was not repaired during our stay :(

Commodore 309

We were disappointed with the condo. It needs to be updated. The sliders were very hard to open and close. The track for the slider was bent. We read a review on this condo that was posted a year before this and the same complaint about the door was listed. The light in the kitchen was iffy...sometime it worked....sometime not. Linens needed to be replaced also. We tried using the stairs since we were only on the 3rd floor but they were very dirty and dark . I don`t think we will return to the Commodore.

Clean and simple

This condo was on the 3rd floor- walk out on the balcony and see the ocean! Palm trees slightly obscured the view. You can also see the hot tub & pool from the balcony. The unit is on the older side but had new paint and was clean. Furniture clean and moderately comfortable. TVs and all kitchen appliances are all older & out of date but work well enough. Carpet in bed room and living room seemed different to us. There were carpet stable sticking out but property manager stated they would correct this. Either way we booked last minute for this vaca and it was on the ocean and it fit our needs- at the very least. It’s not downtown near much of the crowds, which we like, but if you are planning on do more than beach stuff plan for a 30min drive one way to any other entertainment.

Improvements

Overall stay was great. Loved the cozy area, pool was nice, beach access was great. Some suggestions for improvements would be...new mattress in bedroom. The existing mattress was very worn. Needs additional pillows. There were only 2 pillows. The mattress in the sleeper sofa was also very worn and uncomfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Commadore!

Birthday trip

I throughly enjoyed my experience. When we arrived the condo was very clean. The goodie bag left was perfect and so nice. The garbage disposal wasn’t working and the sink wouldn’t drain so that was inconvenient because we cooked most nights of our stay. Besides that we loved the space and hope to return soon!

We loved stylaying here. It was really close to Saint Andrews which we loved. We liked that it had two bathrooms. The thing we didn’t like was the carpet was coming up going into the dining kitchen area and it had nails exposed which I stepped on bare footed. I hope they fixed it. Overall it was a good stay and check in check out process was seamless!

Wasn’t the best…wasn’t the worst

We enjoyed our stay at commodore 309 but their is a piece of carpet where it meets the kitchen tile that the carpet is exposing some carpet nails apparently because I stepped on it and the nail went through my foot. Hurt tremendously…luckily it was me and not my little boy. This carpet needs to be fixed immediately. The dryer doesn’t work that well either.

Great Location!

We had a great week staying in The Commodore 309! The unit was very clean with a perfect view! We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers so the second bathroom was great. The teenagers said the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but most of them are! Amber was very attentive and available. She set us up with a deep sea fishing trip in Destin that was wonderful! We really appreciated her help! The unit is located close to the steps on the end so it was very easy to access the parking lot and the beach. The Commodore’s location is perfect for a family, far enough away from busy hotels so you don’t feel crowded but close enough that it’s just a short drive to restaurants and activities. The bar/restaurant next door (Patches) had good food and live music. We will definitely stay here again, we had a great trip!
