This 1 bedroom 1 bath ground floor poolside unit is a bright slice of relaxation and is only steps away from the pool and beach. This spacious living room is ideal for lounging after a long day in the sun. You can cook dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, or get dressed up and go out to one of the many restaurants in the area. After a full day of sun you can wind down in the cozy bedroom. Beautiful home! I extended my stay an extra night. The only reason for 4 star clean rating was the sofa sleeper mattress was covered in urine stains. So my niece wouldn't stay that extra night I got, and went on home with her mom. I do know the renters right before me had 2 kids, so maybe that was it. Main bedroom mattress cover was stained. I didn't notice until leaving

Bel endroit en générale

Les points forts sont la proximité avec la plage et la piscine. Le condo est au bon endroit et nous en avons bien profité. L'air climatisé fonctionne trÚs bien ainsi que le réfrigérateur et autres.

Easy Access to Everything

We loved that we could park at the front door, walk right out of the back door into the pool gate, and the walk to beach was easy. One of the most relaxing places I’ve ever stayed with my kids. Thank you!!

Love the personalized touches!! The children loved the popsicles in the freezer waiting for us! Bath bombs and the toiletries were definitely a big help!!

July 4th vacay

We have been to PCB several times but have only stayed at Sunswept twice. We enjoyed our stay both times & will continue booking with Sunswept. Our condo was clean & had beach/pool easy access. We enjoy staying on that end of the beach bc it seems more family oriented. The fireworks were absolutely amazing & overall we had an awesome time & look forward to visiting next yr!!!

Long weekend stay

Totally enjoyed our stay here! Steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach
closer walk than you would have at most beach front resorts. Room was very cute and exactly as described. Will definitely stay again if I have a small group. Slept 2 adults and an older child comfortably.

Cozy and convenient

This condo would be great for a couple. It was a little snug for our family of four, but we spent more time outside than in the condo, so it worked for us. The master bed has a foam pad on it that we found stifling and uncomfortable and took off the bed after the first night, but other than that it was great. The location was perfect.

Super convenient location to restaurants and the beach!

Short walking distance to the beach and the heated pool was steps away from the back sliding glass doors. Full size washers and dryers. Plenty of hot water. It was awesome and the property owner was super friendly and nice. I will return again!

Great, convenient stay!

This property was perfect for a beach weekend. The location directly next to the beach was extremely convenient. Easy parking adjacent to the room. We even loved that it was the first floor so we didn’t have to lug our stuff up any stairs. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything listed was accurate. And the beach was very much filled with casual residents which let us have a relaxing birthday weekend. Thank you!

Amazing stay!

For us, it was the little things like beach toys for the baby, an umbrella to take to the beach, some chairs on the patio. The pull-out bed in the couch was super comfortable, as was the bed in the bedroom. Plenty of towels, the sheets and linens were clean. The entire condo was clean and furnished super cute. I was so glad we decided to stay here, and would definitely stay again.

Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The condo was right in front of the pool. It had beach access within the complex. Close to everything. The unit had one bedroom. Had a full bath with access to bedroom and hallway. The kitchen had all things needed. The living room had a pull out couch. Had chairs, umbrellas and kids toys to borrow for the beach. This was our first time to Destin. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely would rent here again. Thank you so much for letting us use your Condo.

Great Stay! First time in this unit.

This unit had the best water pressure and pillows out of all units we have stayed in on the ground floor of this complex. It also had cable along with Wifi which was a huge plus when it briefly rained each day. The AC worked great and everything was clean and upgraded. Directions were clearly posted for everything.The washer and dryer were quiet. The ice maker worked great. You literally pull right up to your door to unload, which we always love. Security has been upgraded with a gate with a code. The rinsing stations, pool, and grill were all great as usual. I like that this complex has a šflagš posting the ocean conditions of the day. It was quiet and we had plenty of room for our tent. While we were in the water a sea turtle and what appeared to be a small, young hammerhead swam past us! A few jellies and fish were out, but the shelling was awesome! We found a couple of sand dollars. We saw pelicans and a small bird with one foot. We also stopped by St. Andrews and saw deer there.The unit is convenient to a beach store, gas station, and Dollar General. The first two are within super easy walking distance. We liked the proximity to the pool and grilling area. It was a quiet, great weekend. We will definitely book this unit again in the future. The pull out couch worked well and was clean for our child. The linens, mattresses , towels, and linens were clean. The unit smelled fresh, too. Thanks, Shannan! You are šin chargeš of upkeep for several of the units we have stayed in. The unit had all of the supplies we needed. Great stay!
