The Space:
Conveniently located between three bodies of water, our home in East Orleans is a water lovers dream! Each day choose between kayaking in Orleans Cove, swimming in Mill Pond, or surfing on the best waves of Cape Cod at Nauset beach--just a 15 minute walk from the home!

After a fun filled day outside, come home and relax on the cozy sectional and watch TV or head out to the sun porch and catch a few more rays. Turn on the decorative lights and cook dinner on the grill out back, or walk just a few steps inside and prepare a meal in the fully stocked Kitchen. The Kitchen features Stainless Steel Bosch and G.E. appliances, microwave, toaster and coffee maker for quick mornings on the go! After dinner, rinse off in the outdoor or indoor shower before settling in for the night. Enjoy a family moment sitting in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit outside, or curled up around the wood stove inside on those rainy nights.

Our home has three bedrooms and one full bathroom-- perfect for six adults or a family! The Master Bedroom is located at the end of the hall, on the right hand side. It has a King size bed and both a closet and bureau for storage. Across the hall is the second bedroom, with a Queen size bed, closet, and private entrance to the sunroom porch that runs along the back of the home. The last bedroom is on your left as you walk back to the main room, and has a Full size bed and bureau. Across from the final bedroom is the full bathroom, equipped with a shower and washer/dryer. All bedrooms have a Window A/C to keep you cool, even on the hottest days of summer!

Other amenities include WiFi, cable TV, gas grill, dog friendly, and sheets and bath towels provided for each guest. Last but not least, you’ll be conveniently located close to Nauset Farms, Whisk, or Cornerstore-- all great lunch options! Our summer home is the perfect place to soak up the summer and create warm memories that’ll stay with you all year round!
