Sea Shell - Brand New House - Direct Beach Access

`Sea Shell` is a new grand home with direct access to the beach. Whilst the house is new, I am an experienced host who will make sure you have a great experience. Why not escape the hustle and bustle and retreat to this gorgeous beach house for a few days or even weeks! I can assure you will be revitalised.

The space
Welcome home! This gorgeous house is located a stone`s throw from the beach. It boasts 5 luxurious bedrooms, 3 living areas, 3.5 bathrooms and internal access to the double garage. BBQ on the balcony or cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen, this house has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Bring yourselves and the extended family and friends, this property has ample space.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, except one locked cupboard in the laundry and the under-stairs storage area.

Other things to note
We have a security camera that just covers the back door and the side fence. Most guests do not access this part of the property, although you can, if you wish.

Pet Information Required:

How many pets will be accompanying you?
Please provide details of their breed, age and gender.
We do not allow puppies or dogs that are not fully house-trained.

Pet Owner Responsibilities:

We assume you are responsible pet parents who will prevent excessive noise and ensure proper cleanup after your pet.
If your dog tends to bark when left alone in a new environment, please take them with you at all times.

Pet Fee:
A $50 pet fee per pet, per stay will be added to your booking. This fee is charged separately from your accommodation cost.
