Art Haven is an ideal Southwestern home away from home! This welcoming two-story rental is a short walk from Santa Fe's downtown Plaza. You will be instantly charmed by its southwestern touches, modern appliances, and comfortable living spaces



LIVING AREA

The comfortable and cozy living space has a gorgeous kiva fireplace, and comfortable seating for your group to gather.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The living room leads to an elevated dining space, which features a table for six and access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, and is perfect for cooking.



BED AND BATH

The primary suite offers a king bed, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and gorgeous en suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub. Both guest bedrooms (one of which opens to a private patio) have queen beds. Both guest bedrooms have a bathroom in the hall just outside of the bedroom doors.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The private outdoor space comes complete with a comfortable dining table and a propane grill that are sure to lead to memorable home-cooked meals.

PLEASE NOTE

- This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th.

- A one-car garage, and a spot beside the home are available for your use, but please note that they are tight spots that can be difficult to get into. Large SUVs, Vans, Trucks, etc. WILL NOT fit in the garage, or on-site. Larger vehicles must park on the street.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.

Great Location

The location is great, the townhouse is beautifully decorated with artwork and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to be back.

Fantastic stay in Santa Fe

We were very impressed with the Art Haven house. It was beautifully appointed, and everything was as described online. We were relatively close to the plaza and walked everywhere we needed to go. Great stay!!

Great getaway!

This home was so lovely! There were 3 of us so we were able to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The common areas (living room and kitchen/dining room) were large enough for us to enjoy. It is an easy 20 minute walk down to Sante Fe Plaza. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

This property was beautiful and just as portrayed online. It is very close to everything but also very quiet. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. I would only caution folks with small children as the different floor levels could be problematic. I would love to stay here aain on another trip to Santa Fe.

Watch your step!

The condo was clean, well-furnished, and in a good location for Santa Fe attractions. As at least one other reviewer has noted, there are several step-up, step-down places that are challenging to see, even when you know they are there. One member of our group fell four times on these steps! Another fell only one time but had a bruised, cut-up arm as a result of the fall. Although it would not be aesthetically pleasing, I suppose, some sort of warning lines should be placed at these steps. We would not return, due to this problem. Otherwise, the condo was comfortable and attractive. Also, and this is a general remark not limited to this condo, let the renter beware as to the final charges. The price you see next to the listing is NOT what you end up paying! Many added fees and taxes before you get to the final number. Make sure you know what the REAL cost is!

We are so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. The home and its location are exactly as-advertised, and as you can see by our other reviews, most guests find it to be a satisfactory home in a great location. We provide four sets of towels in each of the three bathrooms, so there should be two sets of towels for each person, as well as laundry available in the home for your use. We can provide additional towels and linens upon request, but unfortunately you did not reach out to request these items during your stay. Per our most recent inventory, we have 8 full sets of dinnerware, which is generally enough for the six people who are allowed to stay at the home. Had you informed us that there was dinnerware missing, we would have been happy to replace it! Due to Santa Fe's less-than-ideal infrastructure, internet outages do occur from time to time, but we quickly provided a wifi hotspot for your use and had the internet fully functioning again within a few hours. If any future guests have concerns about the home, its amenities, or its location, please do not hesitate to ask us before booking.

Very Santa Fe

Very nice, modern property in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. Exceptional cleanliness and very nice “artsy” touches throughout! Security gate. Very spacious, with 3 bedrooms and baths. We all had our own space so that was very nice. Two of the bedrooms are upstairs, so ensure no mobility issues. Also a couple of steps up into kitchen. The driveway and garage were a little tight, - with our Yukon, but maneuverable. A regular car would likely have no issues. Balcony and small patio area with grill - had dinner outside one evening, but did not use the grill. Thee is a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances. Would absolutely return!

I loved the location of this property.

I loved the location of this property. It was walkable to Cafe Dulino, Fire and Hops and several other casual restaurants. Not too far from the plaza, the home is spacious and very comfortable. The kiva was so easy to use and the bedroom gas fireplace turned on and off with the flip of a switch. House was very clean and well laid out for a family to enjoy. The upstairs bedrooms provide privacy and retreat while the downstairs family area was very comfortable. Great service from Will and the Two Cases team when answering all my questions via text.

Love Santa Fe

The garage was hard to get my car in, it is small. Shower, that's with jacuzzi tub, leaks when filling tub. Love the heated floors. Very nice place.

Thank you for the review! It is true that the garage is a single-car garage, and that if you have a large car, it's a relatively tight squeeze.
