Beach Place 311 3 BR Gulf Front

Everything is brand new, under new ownership! Beach Place 311 is a newly remodeled, newly painted Beach Front Condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico located in Madeira Beach, Florida. This condo has a large dining and living room area that opens out to the private balcony where the view of the beach and gulf is spectacular. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils.

The living room has a flat screen TV, a couch and a rocker chair. The master bedroom has 1 king & 1 queen, along with a TV. The master bathroom has a shower with a tub. The guest bathroom has a shower with a tub as well. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds with a TV and a walk-in closet that leads to the guest bath. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin bed, with a TV as well.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct Gulf view from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Free WiFi. No smoking inside the unit.

Right on the beach and walking distance to locall shops and restaurants.. A perfect vacation location. Beds we’re comfortable. Fantastic view of the beach.

Beautiful beach views and great location

The views are beautiful!!! This condo has everything you need for a nice vacation. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer inside the unit! Close proximity to several restaurants and stores.

I was very impressed with the accommodations and location. Unit was clean and super convenient with all amenities as well as necessities such as toaster, towels and blankets. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Enjoyed this location very much

Loved the size of the condo. You cannot beat the view of the ocean. Loved the washer and dryer in the condo. Perfect for a large family. Office super helpful.

Spacious at a Great Location

We loved this place! Condo was roomy enough for our family of 7. We loved the location - across the street from John’s Pass. Beach was awesome as usual for this area. The only downfall was the amount of people who were on the beach from the public access parking lot next door. It was especially overcrowded on Saturday.

For the most part, he was a really good stay the elevator being out really was an inconvenience

The elevator being out was a very big inconvenience due to my medical condition, but we made it work. The place was nice. The areas was nice. It's just I wish I knew ahead of time about the elevator.

Johns pass condo

This unit worked very well for my family. Being right on the beach was incredible with an ocean view from the balcony. Location was fabulous across from Johns Pass. Family enjoyed the pool and also used the grills available on property. Will use again.

The listing said there was a king bed in the master and there were two queens they said two queens in another bedroom which was accurate and it said one queen in the other bedroom and there were two twins that's my only complaint. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

As expected, the views from the balcony were awesome. We spent most mornings and evenings there. Didn’t disappoint! But, the unit itself, not so clean. Some TLC needed.

Family vacation

Location was perfect! The condo needs too many updates to list. Overall cleanliness was not great. We made the best of it and had a great time. We will not be rebooking for future visits due to the outdated environment.

John's pass

The bldgs need some upgrading. We had an elderly person with us that had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the condo on the 3rd floor. If we had known that, which should DEFINITELY have been advised of this, we would have stayed elsewhere.

Excellent stay

The condo actually had more sleeping space that originally thought. Lots of space and storage area. View from balcony was excellent!!! Only received 1 parking pass when needed 2. The ladies in the office gave us the 2nd with no problem and were so friendly. Place was clean and had plenty of towels. Pool and pool area cleaned daily. Nice beach access. Highly recommend this unit!!!

The reservation was changed on the day of arrival to another unit. Also, our stay was cut short 2 nights because of hurricane Idalia. Trying to get a refund has been an issue.

Location was amazing. Condo could use some updating. Host was non existent. TV in bedroom did not turn on. Was replaced mid week. Asked to have this beeping noise checked but never did. Beeped every 40 mins. Almost like a smoke detector. Beeped throughout the night so that was annoying. Dishwasher was old and barely worked. Everything else was great.

Wonderful trip!!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beach and John's Pass and all the great restaurants and shops without ever having to get in your vehicle!! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Very easy for check in and check out with the information e-mailed to us. The views of the ocean and sunsets were outstanding!! The condo and balcony could use a bit of sprucing up with paint but totally understand that updating takes money and time. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were very soft and flat. Loved the living room furniture with the L-shaped leather couch & ottoman and recliner. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Only had a couple of major cons - 1)dryer doesn't work well. Had to go thru 3 cycles to get our towels dry 2) People were outside smoking on their balconies and it was so strong we couldn't stay out very long on ours! Almost need to make the facility a total non-smoking facility. But also understand next time might not have this problem depending on the guests. We would highly consider renting this unit again when returning.

Very poor communication

The only reason it got a three star from me was because they moved us to another condo. it was horrible. 4 tv didn’t work black plastic garbage bag taped to a bedroom window to block outside light , couch and loveseat had 75% pleather worn off and the amount of dirt dust on fans and behind and under beds. On top of that I had asked for a credit for the one night we spent in it and it’s 2 months later and despite VRBO messages and emails I haven’t heard a word from Gregg Beware.

Had a good time

The place wasn’t bad, I felt like the bathrooms could have been cleaner. I messaged the owner about a second parking pass, and never received a message back. We had a good time, I love being right by the beach, and across from John’s Pass. We love the location.

Horrible !!!!! Condo 311

Property was horrific in condo 311. Carpet was discussing. Smell was overwhelming and we had to go out and buy air and fabric fresheners. Out of 4 tv's none. . Of them worked and they probably never did. I never in my life thought an owner could be so cruel as to let people spend their hard earned money to get this dissatisfied. Do not stay in condo 311 you will regret it.

Needs a lot of work but good location

Good location being directly across from John’s Pass would be the only positive. Communication with property manager was poor after check-in (no response at all when we realized we were not given a parking pass), place was dirty and needs MAJOR renovations. A/C vents were extremely dusty as were fans. Furniture and carpet were both stained. Gave it a try despite the less than desirable reviews given it was only a for weekend but would definitely never stay here again.

Place was filthy!

Sand in one of the beds, carpet was disgusting (dirty & stained), sprite bottle under the entertainment center, none of the tv’s worked. A vent connected the two bathrooms. If two men were peeing, they could see each other through the vent in the wall. Pillow shames were brown from grime, furnishings are old. Never responded to email about parking pass.
