Send the kids out the door to a wonderful lakefront park from this serene home in Lincoln City! You’ll enjoy this warm, protected haven with sparkling lake views and they’ll love the extensive playground, picnic and swimming area next door at beloved Regatta Park. Completely updated with guests in mind, this home features contemporary furnishings, spa-like baths, updated flooring, a gourmet kitchen and lots of light and lake views.

The living room has double sliding doors to unobstructed views of the lake, a huge flat-screen TV, and modern furnishings including a large tufted sofa. The delightful dining room has a gas fireplace for romantic fireside feasts cooked up in the thoughtful, fully equipped lake-view kitchen with a gas stove, stainless appliances and fresh granite counters. The barbecue on the extensive deck extends your dining options, with chairs and a bistro table for serving. Two spacious bedrooms with large windows give you and your guests a private retreat at the end of the day.

Walk out the back door to the lake and enjoy coffee in the morning as lily pads bob and the lake gently sloshes along your dock, or gather with friends around the firepit and watch the lights reflected along the distant shore. The view and access to the lake are amazing. The view of the lake from the kitchen, amazing! Only downside, parking if you have more than one car.

Peaceful, Quiet Lakefront place

The lakefront house has everything you need. It is centrally located to downtown lincoln City so even though you feel like you’re out in the country, the city is very close by. The lake has a park right next to it. That is close to the house. The ocean beaches are not far away a few minutes drive

Beautiful view of Devils Lake

Furniture and bed upstairs not comfortable. Heating system not good. Put heat thermostat to 75 but house did not get warm above 65. Electric Fireplace did not work. House very clean and beautiful view of lake

Incredible Lake View

Comfortable, private and quiet neighborhood. We occationally heard some children playing in the park during the day and in the night it was very peaceful, other than the occational duck on the lake. We will stay again. Could use some yard upkeep

Misleading photos vs actual

The place was in disrepair and way too shabby for what it cost. The photos made it seem a lot nicer than it really was… there were numerous things that were broken or needing to be updated. If it were cheaper, it would’ve been fine, but we felt a bit taken to have spent over 2K all in for 4 nights.

Devil's Lake house

Interior of house was fine. Exterior was in bad condition, deck and deck cover rotting, umbrella in unusable location and impossible to move. Yard in bad condition.

Poor customer service

Pros was the distance to the park. Best part of the entire stay. Customer service poor. Did not contact me to get check info. I had to contact them day of. Did not receive info regarding non use of upstairs shower. Couldn’t use fire pit as surrounded by dead dry grass ?! But we made the best of it.

Had a nice night

Spent just one night there while fishing the lake and surrounding area. It was a little lame that the upstairs bath is still broken after the number of reviews left about it, but at least the toilet worked. Overall had a nice stay.

Overgrown yard, unmaintained.

There was plenty good about this rental. However the main draw for us was the yard and dock. Unfortunately the yard looked neglected for some time. The main issue was that there was an accumulation of goose feces throughout, preventing us from allowing our grandughter to play in the yard (or enjoy the yard at all). We also planned to enjoy the fire pit which was overgrown and not safe to use. Lastly the master bath shower was out of order, delaying our mornings.

Wonderful setting right by the park and lake. A great place for all ages. Two short comings. The upstairs shower was “out of order” and the yard could have used a good weed wack job.

Little Gem for Family Getaway

This property is a quaint and comfortable home in an amazing location. Only a short drive from the beach, when the wind wears you out, you can retreat to this warmer and protected lakefront. It is right across the street from a great park that my kids both loved!

Wonderful stay!

House was very cozy, clean and exactly as advertised. Only down fall was not knowing ahead of time that the upstairs shower was not working. Not a big deal just would have liked to know ahead of time. Will stay again for sure.

Girls Weekend

What an amazing little home with incredible views. I would recommend this property for any event. The home was so clean. The only area they may improve is to have a few more blankets available and kitchen items such as ziplock bags, foil, counter cleaner, etc. Otherwise, we would certainly go back, it was a great weekend!

Beautiful and Relaxing

Located directly on Devils Lake, this house is so charming and perfect for a relaxing get away. Very quiet area, well stocked house, and plenty of things to do around town. Really enjoyed our stay here, we will be back!
