No 321 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned, corner condo located on the top floor. The stunning ocean view balcony and quiet placement make it worth the 30 steps up this family suite. With a stocked kitchen and fireplace guests can get cozy for an extended stay or explore using the easy beach access staircase and proximity to Lincoln City. Up to 6 can sleep on a King bed, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool and commercial Wi-FI.

The Space:
No 321 at D Sands Condominiums is a privately owned, corner condo located on the top floor. The stunning ocean view balcony and quiet placement make it worth the 30 steps up this family suite. With a stocked kitchen and fireplace guests can get cozy for an extended stay or explore using the easy beach access staircase and proximity to Lincoln City. Up to 6 can sleep on a king bed, a queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Guests also get access to the HOA-maintained pool and commercial Wi-FI.

Guest Access:
The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.

This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 28 steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:
Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.

Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility. The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Interaction with Guests:
D Sands Rentals manages all 63 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Beautiful, Beachfront!

Great time. Loved the fireplace and ocean waves right outside. Very organized and clean. Lots of spices in the cupboard...everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful view, nice place. TV did not work. Otherwise, great stay. Pretty well equipped in the kitchen.

This place was terrific. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels. View was outstanding. The place was super clean when we arrived. Michelle in the office was especially helpful and pleasant to deal with.

D-Sands Review

Room was great (homiest room we have ever stayed in), relatively clean, check-in/checkout seamless, bath/kitchen amenities well stocked, furniture in good shape, and mattresses comfortable. I have been going to D-Sands for over 35 years and have seen many changes. Here are 3 considerations for the future, and which drove my rating from a normal 5 to 2. 1. Making a reservation was difficult, and email contract signage was ridiculous. Worse - your new cancellation policy is horrible. You should allow full refund within 24 hours of stay. Cannot plan large groups anymore because invariably somebody has to cancel. 2. Pool hours from 10am to 7pm are ridiculous for adults. Adults want to visit the pool and hot tub in the evenings. Go back to open through 10pm. Hot tub was broken during stay and could not access - reason was automatic chlorine system was broken. You could have just dropped in some chlorine tablets. 3. New security locks are minimally secure. There is no secondary chain lock or standard hotel throw-lock. The single lock can be opened simply by the code, which is easy to obtain by anyone. Several times forgot to reactivate the lock on exit - something you never had to do before. Felt less secure than ever staying there. Could even be a building code issue. Install secondary (user-only) door lock. In addition, multiple lights were out in the building and parking area. All of your planning, including no maid service, is clearly meant to reduce onsite personnel. I can deal with no maid service, which only started during Covid, but security is another matter. Will be looking for other venues in the future.

We always stay at D'Sands. We usually stay on the ground floor, but decided to stay on the 3rd floor for a fireplace suite, and we didn't use it, dang it! It was a really nice suite, loved it! There were a lot of nice little personal touches. Will see you again D'Sands! Recommend highly. Great location. Love the keyless check-in as well. One thing, the door into the suite didn't seem like it closed securely. Maybe that's normal being on the beach. There was a deadbolt, but with the keyless entry pad, didn't appear it locked once you were inside, like when you closed the door, unless you turned the deadbolt. That was the only thing that kind of bothered me.

My wife and I have been coming to the D'Sands for over 10 years and always enjoyed our stays. We also love Lincoln City with its charm and the great restaurant choices. Our last stay in mid-September started out wonderful as usual. On the second evening, we experienced something we had never seen before. It was an infestation of small bugs which covered sections of the ceiling. They seemed to be coming out of small holes in the ceiling. It was very disconcerting to see so many bugs flying around. After taking pictures and videos, we called the hotel desk and were transferred to an answering service. The person who took the call was nice and professional. She informed us the message would be sent and someone would call us in the morning. We were able to turn off the lights and go to sleep. In the morning there were a lot of dead bugs along the fireplace mantle. We received a call from Clarissa the next morning after we had checked out to follow up. She was also nice and professional and listened carefully as we recounted the events of the night before as well as what we saw in the morning. She stated they would look into it and get back to us. It's been three weeks and we have not yet heard back. Overall, our stay was good, however, we don't want anyone to have the same flying bug experience.
