North Forest Beach oceanfront villa at The Breakers is waiting for you and your family or friends! Just grab your beach towels, flip flops, and pack your bags! This one-bedroom villa with a private balcony has breathtaking ocean views and is just steps to the pool and beach. Enjoy the sunrise and the salty breeze in our adirondack chairs on the balcony with a cup of coffee or evening cocktail while listing to the crashing waves.

Located on the top floor of Breakers, this cozy 3rd floor villa sleeps 6 with a queen-size bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and kid-friendly bunk beds stowed away in the hallway, even a pack and play is tucked into our villa for your little ones! 
***The pool is heated March 1st through November 30th. The pool is NOT heated December-February.***

A fully stocked kitchen with full-size appliances, pots/pans, a coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, and teapot offers all the conveniences of home. Close to everything that Forest Beach and Coligny Plaza has to offer - restaurants, shopping, bike rentals and miles of beautiful beaches! The villa is ready for you with free Wi-Fi, fresh linens, and flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The villa is complete with a stackable washer and dryer and a beautiful pool and sun deck - open year-round daily from 8 am until dusk! 

Situated between Pool Bar Jim's and the World Famous Tiki Hut, oceanfront entertainment & libations are just steps away. 

Breakers property only allows one parking pass per villa. Your parking pass is picked up by the onsite security guard at the time of your arrival.

Located across the street, the Lowcountry Celebration Park features a playscape, playgrounds, an amphitheater, a fitness trail, and green space right by the beach has opened and is waiting for you!! We are within walking distance from so much! Park your car & leave it to enjoy the beach and so much more!!!  You are going to love The Breakers and our ocean front villa!!


Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.

Please note, there is a nonrefundable processing fee with all cancellations.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

The Neighborhood:

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near Coligny beach.

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
