This beautifully decorated OCEAN VIEW condo is an easy 1-minute walk to the beach and is especially great for couples and small families! #233 offers you many new amenities for your comfort, so plan to relax in our lovely, freshly painted, and extremely clean 518 sq. foot one-bedroom, one-bath villa within an oceanfront, gated, and secure complex. Also, for your convenience, there is an elevator, a laundry facility on each floor, and a fantastic pool area! A boardwalk to the beach has a private outdoor shower area to rinse all the sand back off! Sea Side Villas has a beautiful sun deck with loungers and a nice BBQ area with grills and picnic tables. Covered parking under the building is also available at Seaside Villas 1. You will have access to 2 adult beach cruiser bikes, four beach chairs, and a beach sun shade while you vacation with us. This unit has cable TV and high-speed internet. It is close to everything on South Forest Beach and the popular Coligny Plaza area. It is within walking distance of the newly opened New Celebration Park! You will be happy you booked our little vacation spot on the incredible, sandy shores of Hilton Head Island!

Awesome experience

This unit was perfect for an anniversary trip for my husband and I. Usually we travel with our children and/or grandchildren and would lneed a larger unit, but this was great for the two of us!! Location was great. Check in and check out was so easy. Communication with the host was great. The unit was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. I absolutely recommend the host and the unit.

Perfect beach condo for the two of us.

The room was very cozy, quiet and extremely clean. It was the perfect size for the wife and I. Patio faces west so we were able to sit on the balcony in the morning and in the evening with a beautiful view of the ocean. The bed was really comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. The pool is really nice and was partially shaded for a good part of the day. Very short walk to the beach. Location is ideal, it is off the beaten path but walking distance to Coligny Plaza with restaurants and shopping. This was our 2nd time staying at Seaside Villas and we really enjoyed it.

Wish we could have stayed longer

This is a "Goldilocks" property - Just Right! We found that placing the portable fan in the hall by the bathroom door helped push the cooler air back to the bedroom perfectly. Great and convenient location. The beach was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Seaside 233 and the kids said that this was their favorite place that we’ve stayed in Hilton Head! It’s close to the beach and our favorite shops! We also loved having a kitchen, beach chairs, cart and bikes! The hosts are excellent at communicating and even provided a handy welcome/guidebook. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Mixing work and friends

A friend and I stayed in Erin & Nick's condo for a kid-free retreat where we both worked remotely and enjoyed being away. The condo had everything we needed, including easy access to beach, pool, and many restaurants. I don't think the listing adequately showed the beautiful view from the balcony, which was very enjoyable.

Property is well maintained and has everything needed. Enjoyed having the bikes, beach chairs, Keurig coffee, and even a cooler! Being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean was a bonus. Unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Would definitely stay here again for the price.

A wonderful stay

We squeezed 5 of us in this condo for a weekend so that we could stay on the beach. Absolutely worth it! We loved all the amenities that Erin and Nick include. We were so thankful for the beach tent, chairs, and the beach wagon! My favorite part was having 2 bikes to use! Erin was so responsive when ee has any questions about the property. We would definitely recommend.

Great short beach weekend location!

The condo was quiet, clean, and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Access to bikes was a great perk! Parking was always available. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our special requests. I look forward to staying here again.

This condo is exactly as listed and was very clean. We felt right at home here. The location to the beach was amazing and the view from the balcony was better than expected. Thank you to the Baileys for a great stay!

Outdated information and furnishings

Disappointed. Cleaners need to spend more time cleaning & less time folding towels to look fancy. Code is wrong for bike lock. Bummer! TV in bedroom won't turn on. No code needed for beach gate...the gate is gone! Anyone can enter property. No ice- just empty ice cube trays. Has not been deep cleaned in a long time. Appliances outdated- poor ole fridge runs constantly. Hopefully the Owners will visit in-person soon to inspect. But- the view from the balcony is nice!

Excellent stay!

Great space. The view is amazing. The condo is steps to the beach. Parking was never an issue. The place was clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I had an amazing time. The room was excellent. The beach was fantastic. Our time together was invigorating. Needs improvement

We enjoyed our second time at this resort. However, I was disappointed and surprised by the lack of cleanliness. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned before we checked in. Body hair, dirty door, and dirty tub. The kitchen was also not completely clean. It was almost as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guest left before we arrived. Appliances very dated. The bedroom was clean and comfy though. The location is perfect and couldn’t be better! Will likely choose a different unit next time.

Gem of a location in a comfortable efficient unit

We are admittedly price sensitive since our trip was not really a vacation, and this condo exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic - no roads to cross to get to a beautiful stretch of beach! It was easy to get to the condo and easy to get to everywhere we needed to go on the island. Even the opposite side was less than 15 minutes away. The unit itself was clean, felt up to date, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was warm :) The Keurig option was appreciated. The ocean view from the balcony was perhaps our favorite part! The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. A "captain's" bed would fit a smaller child but might need a railing? The couch would make a comfortable extra sleeping spot. We didn't take advantage of any of the "extras," like the beach chairs or bikes but appreciated having them available. Just a reminder to bring your own beach towels! The unit is close to the elevator and across from the laundry, so convenient within the building. I definitely would recommend the unit and the location to anyone else looking for a HHI get away.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Scott and Lori’s condo! It was perfect being so close to the beach. The complex is quite and safe. Close to many great things to do and restaurants. The room was a little tight for 4 adults but doable. Contact with Scott and Lori was super easy and they responded quickly. We had a maintenance issue and they were there to take care of it the next morning! Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful!

We had a such wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for a small family. We really liked the little bed in our room for our toddler. She slept safely with a pool noodle at the edge. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with, including some condiments, ect. The condo was also right across the laundry room which seemed to be very convenient. It was also quiet with very minimal interactions with other guests. Checkin was a breeze. I liked the minimal communication and Lori was quickly to respond to our questions. It's also very close to the beach with minimal cart pulling through soft sand. The chairs was so helpful and sturdy enough for a tall man. The setup of the room was a bit odd but it was the design of the building, such as the A/C being in the living room and had a fan to pull it through to the bedroom. However, we never felt hot just the living room was pretty cold. You also couldn't hear the ocean because of the unit running. The light in the hallway of the building was bright at night even with the coverings. However, this shouldn't prevent anyone staying. We didn't use the pool or bikes. Overall, a nice place and will definitely come back.

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited, with our large family in 2005! We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean. We love Sea Side Villas! The vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Tidal Thyme!

You will love the natural sunlight that radiates in this south facing condo. The sounds of the sea and the cool ocean breezes that filter in from our ocean view balcony are truly therapeutic. Tidal Thyme is a relaxing retreat to unwind and recharge for anyone who visits. Just steps to the beach and all its beauty!
