Modern Freshwater Beach House - Pool, walk to beach, firepit

Our home is a modern four bedroom home in the perfect position within walking distance to Freshwater Beach (10 min walk), Curl Curl Beach (5 min walk) and Freshwater Village (8 min walk). You will enjoy staying in our newly renovated home which has a large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge room and a a fantastic entertaining deck with an integrated pool. You will love walking home from the beach, having a warm outdoor shower and watching the sun set with a drink in your hand.

The space
The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed , the third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a king single with a king single pop up bed.

The kitchen is a large eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and bifold windows that open with a servery onto the back deck. The back deck table can seat 6-8 adults comfortably.

There is a large backyard with a pool that integrates into the deck. Also on the deck is a sunken lounge area with fireplace. The deck has a drop down blind which is great to help shield the sun in the afternoon but you can still see through and watch the kids in the pool.

We have a firepit that you can sit around and toast marshmallows after swimming at the Beach.

There is a warm outdoor shower on the side of the house, perfect to rinse off after spending the day at the beach.
