Bienvenue dans le luxe à son meilleur! Island Tower 703 a tout pour plaire. Les vues depuis l'unité au 7ème étage sont absolument superbes! Il s’agit du plus haut bâtiment de Gulf Shores et offre une vue dégagée qui rend cette propriété très spéciale. La cuisine a de belles armoires modernes et des comptoirs en granit, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, un double four et une cuisinière. Il y a aussi une grande buanderie avec une laveuse et une sécheuse.
Les équipements complexes sont fantastiques aussi. Il y a une piscine intérieure, ainsi qu'une piscine extérieure à débordement. L'espace barbecue, situé du côté est du complexe, est un endroit idéal pour la famille !. Les enfants peuvent jouer dans le sable ou se balancer dans les balançoires. Il y a aussi une salle d'exercice pour garder le corps de la plage en forme et un parking couvert dans le garage.
Cet établissement est situé dans le centre de Gulf Shores, à seulement quelques pas des belles plages et à quelques minutes à pied ou en voiture du reste de l’amusement que procure la côte du Golfe. Il y a beaucoup de magasins et restaurants à distance de marche du condo. Le reste de l'amusement, comme "The Hangout", "The Track", "Waterville" et "LuLu's", pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns, se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture. Venez à Gulf Shores et visitez Island Tower et laissez-nous vous aider à rendre vos vacances inoubliables!

Family vaca in Gulf Shores

We loved our family vacation in Gulf Shores. The condo was awesome and within walking distance of the beautiful beach. Our littles enjoyed the outdoor pool also. We had a wonderful time and created many memories that will last a lifetime!

Very nice condo

Enjoyed our trip to Gulf Shores the first weekend in May. Great location, nice beachfront views from the condo! Very spacious and well-accomodated. Bed in master was very comfortable but beds/linens in guest rooms were a bit mushy and could use some updating. Would definitely stay here again...

Beautiful view, mediocre furnishings

The view from the living room is beautiful. Location is walkable to most places. Right on the beach. Aside from the master bedroom, the beds in the other rooms are not comfortable at all. One of the beds was broken (unsleepable). The mattresses in the kids room you can feel the springs in them. We let the host know about the broken bed and no one came to fix it. The TV in the 2nd bedroom is a box TV so satellite TV only and the picture was snowy. We let mangement know about this and no one can to fix it either. We paid top dollar and were expecting updated furnishings.

We enjoyed our experience

The view was beautiful. The beach access was as advertised. Rooms were cozy and each room had a balcony which was great. We did run into an issue with very loud construction noise two of the four mornings we were there. The dryer never dried the clothes or towels the first time no matter the size and dampness of the load. And I would have liked a little more security around the entryway door. It was a wonderful experience and we would do it again. We loved the kids room because all of our kids were able to enjoy a room together.

This place is in a great location! Very spacious! The kitchen could use some more useful everyday items. It could also use some more comfortable furniture. Overall we had a great stay and the close location to the beach made the stay amazing.

Family Celebration.

The condo was neat and clean. The view of the ocean and beach was beautiful. The grandchildren enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. The only negative was the internet connection was not very good.

Gorgeous view!!!

Really enjoyed our stay. The room itself is really large, nice kitchen with plenty of supplies. Lots of towels and extra linens and pillows. Parking was tough, the spaces are hard to navigate. Never was able to get a second parking pass, so half of our group had to park across the street. The pools are very well kept. Did not check out the sauna. A great place to stay overall

Great view and location

We stayed here with our four teenage daughters. The living room area is kind of small and not enough seating for everyone. For the price of rental I feel some things should be fixed in the unit. Great view and great location.

Enjoyed the stay. Wish check out was alittle later and would have been a plus to have free beach chairs. And the TV in kids room needs to be updated. Was scared to plug it in .

Great view

Decent place to stay with lots of room. Sadly the beach access was closed for half the week and the outdoor pool closed the entire week. Parking is a nightmare in a truck. Need to make it mandatory parking in garage for smaller vehicles. Room itself was great

Family Christmas Vacation

Arrived prior to Christmas to find amazing weather. Condo location is very convenient to local restaurants King Neptunes, LuLus and Poppa Roccas, food was great. Close to shopping as well. Used coupons for some dining and entertainment - local coupon book from rental office (go-kart / miniature golf). Activities on the beach were great. Whole family had a great time, plenty of space and complex was not very busy. Spent time in the pool and work out room as well. Will book this unit again in the future.

Great condo great location

Quick getaway for 3 adults and 5 children. Was cold the entire time but it snowed in louisiana so it was all good. Not sure why no one in alabama doesn't have indoor heated pools but the younger kids still swam. We bundled up and walked the beach. Nothing can stop us from sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves!! Had to replace batteries in about all the remotes and wash a few pots and pans that were put away dirty but other than that it was an awesome place to be. Will definitely be back!!

So glad to hear that you guys loved your stay! There are many heated pools in the area but a lot of them weren't working due to the damage from Sally. I'm really sorry there wasn't that feature for you guy's. The is nothing better than sitting on the balcony and enjoying the waves. I will talk to head of maintenance and let them know about the dishes. We will definitely be more contentious of that! We hope to see you again very soon.

Don’t book here!

We stayed here for a week with family, thinking the condo would accommodate all of us as advertised. There were 8 of us total, it is supposed to accommodate 10. However there isn’t enough seating in the kitchen area for all to sit. There are 4 seats at the table and 3 chairs at the bar. They advertise having an ice machine, they don’t, they have ice trays. Cleaning was questionable as we gave our son a bath we found old soap from a prior vacationer. Furniture is very outdated, you can tell whoever owns it doesn’t care about that and just rents it out. We won’t stay in this condo ever again and don’t recommend it to anyone. Parking is horrible especially if you have a truck, good luck in finding a space on the ground floor.

Okay, but not great

The location and layout of this property is great. Being able to walk to the beach was amazing. However, many things were lacking. The furniture and decor are quite dated. The rug in the living room had many stains, as did the reclining chair and ottoman. Many light bulbs were burned out in the fixtures, and we had to buy batteries to replace dead ones in several remotes. Two plugs in the kitchen didn't work, and none of the breakers were tripped. The TV in the guest room is an old-school tube TV, which I haven't seen anywhere in probably 15 years. There is a bunk in the 3rd bedroom which is a cool idea, however, it looks sketchily built and honestly wouldn't trust two people sleeping up there. There were also several issues with the building itself. One of the elevators broke down at least 3 times, and at least one time with people in it. Several pieces of equipment in the gym were not functional. The security guard staff was very friendly though. All in all, we enjoyed our time but would like to see some of these issues addressed before we would consider staying in this unit again.

It was alright

Our stay was okay, but okay about covers it. The unit's AC was out for the first 2 days, which when they maintenance tech came to fix it, come to find out the filters hadn't been replaced in a long time. Dryer doesn't dry clothes in less than 3 cycles. Extremely cheap sheets / pillow covers (some pillows had no pillow cases). The master bed didn't even have properly-sized sheets / blankets. Remote didn't work for the TV. The kitchen was lacking some pretty common cooking utensils. The internet "works" but it's a joke. Feet marks all over one of the guest bedrooms which... idk it was just weird. The loft bed looks like it's about to fall down from the cracks in it. The door to the balcony requires a significant amount of strength to open. And we've never been to a place that required us to buy our own hand soap (among other things). Idk. None of these ruined our stay, but it just showed a consistent lack of attention to detail. Using the money from one week's stay, they could fix all of this and make the unit really nice. "Just alright" is how I'd rate this unit, nothing to write home about.

I have always loved this area. First time staying at this building. I was not impressed. I felt the property was not kept up and maintained. There were broken gates leading to to the pool from the beach, the paint was chipping in many spots on railings and the building, the showers from the beach to the pool were half working, the building WiFi worked half the time, the elevator operation was a ridiculous design and slow, the pool was not very clean and constantly full of sand, the overall building was less than stellar. As for the unit, that was even worse. There was major water damage in one of the bathrooms and the base was peeling. All of the shower stalls and tubs had mold growing in them at the caulking or base and not cleaned very good. The washer and dryer barely worked. The clothes came out of the wash cycle still soaked because the spin cycle was weak and the dryer took 5 times on high temp to get items dry. The unit was not very clean when we got there with food still on the floor under the cabinets and the huge fake tree looked like it was never dusted. We did not get starters of dishwasher soap and any extra garbage bags. We had a half used roll of paper towel in the kitchen and the same goes for toilet paper in all of the bathrooms. There were extra linens and blankets just stuffed in closets like it was never looked at or washed. The placemats for the table were covered in old food. The cabinets were broke and peeling. There was a gorgeous balcony and the most uncomfortable and mismatched patio table and chairs. And seating for 6 when the condo sleeps 11. The furniture was all very worn, mismatched and stained. The end table in the master bedroom was so off base it was tilted one foot and when we looked under the table cloth we could see they tried to piece it back together. The TVs were very old and awful pictures. The paper hanging on the electrical panel that said what to do if the WiFi did not work was no longer for the active WiFi provider. There were at least a dozen light bulbs burnt out in all the light fixtures. There were chipped drinking glasses for use in the kitchen cabinets. Most of the mixing bowls and pans I took out to use were still dirty with food residue and greasy. The front door was broke it could only open if you turned the lever up. It also had no tension left on the closer so it slammed every time it was opened. The Shore Thing beach chair service was the worst on the beach. Very poor quality equipment.

We are disappointed to hear that your stay was less than you expected. The issues that you addressed with the building have been given to the HOA that is in charge of the cleaning and maintenance of the complex itself. We have sent maintenance to check on the issues within the unit that you addressed here, and we would have had someone go to look at them while you were here if they had been brought to our attention at the time. We definitely would have sent the cleaners back out to fix any deficiencies they missed as we take the cleanliness of the unit very seriously. The owner has plans to make some updates during the slower season, and we will make sure to pass off this feedback so that they can use it while making decision. We hope that you would stay with us again so we can show you how things should be.

Great location, poor furnishings.

The bones of the property were great. I think the owner has not been able put anything into the furniture or decor. The recliner was beige fabric but was so dirty it was brown in spots. There were no curtains on the west facing windows which caused the temperatures to become very high, even in November. I was told they were on order. We had to hang a blanket up over a portion just to get relief. The condo is a great condo unless you are particular about how they are furnished. I would stay again, hoping the items that caused us the most issues are fixed.

A little disappointing

We love Gulf Shores and in the past have had no problems at other rentals. This particular property however, featured the fitness center in their listing and when we arrived we learned it was not available.. we chose this one over other listings due to the workout space and pools (outdoor pool also not available). We were also charged an upcharged rate due to "shrimp fest", which had been canceled so I don't feel like this particular space was worth the $300+ a night. It was average in our opinion. The view was nice, dryer took forever to dry a small load so I ended up bringing our laundry home dirty.

Magnificent

What a fantastic rental. Just overwhelming views of the gulf. Great location for walking down the strip. Kids had so much fun and loved the rental. It was so big that we never bumped into each other and 3 full bathrooms was a super big plus. Don’t pass this rental up best location and deal available with great management. Love Kim at rental office. She is so the best.

Beautiful View

This property was perfect for my kids and family. Short walk to beach and beautiful views from the balcony and living area!
