Fantastic south beach location, very few neighbors so it was almost like a private beach. Easy "commute" to both clubs, ferry, and shops.

This is a great beach front house. Big rooms and beds. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is helpful. The host was quick to communicate with. Their texting system is easy and keeps you updated. There were a few broken items (I’ll blame it on the end of season). The house could have been cleaner on arrival. But I’ll say, it’s going to be hard to find an oceanfront house like this one at the price. We’d love to come back. It’s a great time.

Great Vacation

Summer Wind was perfect for us. Clean and well stocked. We loved being in the beach and being able to see and hear the ocean. It’s a great location and a great layout for us to enjoy. WiFi worked great as one guest had to work all week. We would stay here again. ITrip communications were perfect.

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with a perfect location just steps from the beach. Everything we needed was provided, and the whole experience was relaxing and easy. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We love Summer Wynd

This is our second stay in this house. It is perfect for our family and just so nice. Location location location - easy walk out to the beach with our toddlers . A much valued big basket of beach towels to use, Four bathrooms , one with a tub, and lots of beach chairs are some of the much appreciated amentities. All the King beds is really nice! And again location location location. Thank you!

We have really enjoyed our time here. The place is beautiful and clean. The people we have dealt with in renting this place have been wonderful and responsive to our queries and issues although there were hardly any. This property is fantastic. We love the location. The golf carts are in good order The Suites are on opposite sides of the house so we never heard the other couple staying with us having a pathway to the beach is great, especially when you have two pups we would definitely stay here again

Great vacation stay.

Overall it was a great location. Great beach access and a very friendly atmosphere. The house is roomy and has a great layout. The beds are not comfortable though, so hopefully that is on the short list of things to update. I’d recommend this property to anyone interested in a good relaxing beach vacation.
