Super comfortable! The condo was clean, modern and full of amenities. The view was excellent -- golf course, palm trees and distant mountains. We enjoyed watching the golfers go by. Pool and hot tub right next door was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo, right on the golf course! Robyn met us at check in and explained everything. She checked in with us during our stay and even allowed an early check in. It had everything you could ever need and was nicely decorated. The living room and kitchen were sunny and airy. The bedrooms were large and bathrooms updated with wonderful showers. We could not of been happier with our stay in this lovely home.

Beautifully remodeled condo on golf course!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The furnishings were great, comfortable, & tastefully done. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed watching the golfers go by on the golf course, and the proximity to the pool and hot tub. The Property Manager, Robin, was also very helpful with any questions.

Our host, Robin, was the best. She met us at the townhouse and showed us some of the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. During our stay she checked in a couple more times to see if there was anything that we needed. The townhouse was very clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. After checking out, I mentioned to Robin that the mattress in the Master bedroom was showing it's age and maybe should be replaced. The pool at the HOA was dirty and had a lot of bugs in it. Robin asked that she be contacted so that she could alert the HOA of the issue. All in all we will return to this location when visiting Palm Springs.

Carla thank you for your kind review. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and that our property manager Robin was of assistance to you. She’s the best. We appreciate your input on the mattress, we will definitely look into replacing it. Desert Princess has 34 swimming pools and they are cleaned on a rotating schedule. Sometimes due to the occasional high winds out in the desert, pools do need additional cleaning to remove sand/bugs etc. We hope Robin was able to alert the HOA of this. We look forward to hosting you again.

Place was beautiful

The place had everything and was beautiful. Fine bedding and linen. Bathrooms were gorgeous. Perfect for two people or 2 couples. Would totally book again. Owner even wrote a welcoming note and left a little gift. 🎁

A Gorgeous Desert Holiday

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo situated on a picturesque golf course with mountain views. Looking out the back window was peaceful and relaxing. The condo is nicely updated, well stocked and thoughtfully organized.

This is our second visit to this unit! Nice corner unit with plenty of room for 3 adults in a quiet, gated golf community. Lovely view of the golf course and mountains; great walking path and other resort amenities. Easy access to old Palm Springs and surrounding area.

Perfect home away from home

This condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and having a grill on the patio was ideal. Our daughter enjoyed the pools nearby. They were heated along with hot tubs so were still fun even on the cooler spring days. Having a washer and dryer made our lives easy on a long trip.

A Beautiful Desert Sanctuary

We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks and immensely enjoyed our desert getaway. The condo is siuated on the golf course and offers amazing views of the Jan Jacinto mountains, the sunset and palm trees. The condo has been nicely updated and was extremely well stocked. The hosts were really thoughtful in their organization of the condo supplies. Check in was very easy and we appreciated the ease of this stay. We would love to stay here again!

Great Stay and Good Location

This property was perfect for our needs. It looked exactly like the pictures. The unit (especially the kitchen) was fully stocked with everything you might need. The bed was super comfortable. The view of the golf course was lovely. We would have our morning while enjoying the view. The pool was steps away. The location was perfect. It is close to everything. Check in was easy and communication with the host was easy. We had a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Wonderful Experience

The condo was what the pictures online displayed. It was clean, fully stocked kitchen with usable appliances. Bathrooms were stocked with needed items such as shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. The beds were comfortable and clean upon arrival. I loved that we were so close to the pool and sauna. Access in and out off/on the grounds was easy. Will we be back… hope so!

Everything above place was great. Only complaint is that there is not enough liight in the living room, the bedrooms and The closet in the primary bedroom. Overhead lighting would help immensely.

Property stocked very well. On the golf course. Master bed needs replacing, moldy clothes washer, having to wash dishes and put them away before checking out rather than loading and starting dishwasher, owner left welcome note and a bottle of Prosecco accompanied by 4 bags of trail mix. We have brought this to the attention of our cleaning company and they have assured us it has now been given a thorough deep clean. They didn’t see anything wrong with the bed, but we've requested our property manager check it out for us. Most people comment that our beds are very comfortable.We are sorry you were inconvenienced by the washing and putting away of dishes at check out. This is not requested by our property manager or in our on-site checkout instructions. We ask guests to load the dishwasher and start it when leaving. For some unknown reason, the checkout instructions given to you were different. Rest assured we have taken all precautions to prevent similar occurrences in the future.Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are committed to continually improving our property and services based on valuable feedback such as yours. Modern apartment on the golf course with pool facilities

Our family loved this apartment for our stay in the Palm Springs area. A safe, gated community on the Desert Princess golf course, with shared pool right outside the condo. The condo is spacious and bright with modern deco, exactly as the photos. Great amenities with thoughtfully stocked kitchen and bathroom, and even washer and dryer. There is a supermarket for essentials just a 5 minute drive. We used the BBQ and it was great to be able to eat in a few nights. We had some ducks from the golf course visit us for breakfast a few mornings, which my son loved. Easy check in and out with the agent. Highly recommended.

Spring Break Stay

Had a very good stay at this property. It was clean and had all that our family needed for our spring break vacation. In advance of our arrival we were told the pool nearest to the condo was closed due to renovations, but there were several other pools near the unit that were within walking distance that were good for our kids. Property had tennis and pickle ball rackets, board games, TV's, etc to keep everyone entertained for use within the community. A couple of minor things that may/may not matter to some: *Unit exists within a gated community that seems to mostly cater to retirement-aged folks. If looking for a place where there might be more families with kids, this is different than that. *While everything was well maintained within the unit, the kitchen's pots/pans were a little worn down, particularly their non-stick cookware. *Unit backs right onto the golf course and there were times where that impacted the privacy some. This was not a huge deal to us, but it might be to some others. On the flip side, our kids did love playing in the open grassy space in the back. *Location is very much on the Palm Springs/Cathedral City border and we found that to be very useful to get around to various places. Overall, though, this was a well maintained unit with a lot of positives for our family. Spacious with big bedrooms, a lot of natural light, and quiet. Communication with the managers was also great.
