Villa Bella Vista is the perfect home for guests seeking a luxury experience in a quiet SW Cape location. This home is a custom built home located on the prestigous Spreader Canal located in the western part of Cape Coral.

On stepping through the front entrance, guests will instantly appreciate the stunning canal view at the rear of the property. The home has a spacious and airy feel, with lots of natural light. The floor plan is 'Great Room' concept where Living, Kitchen and Dining share one big open area. There is an additional separate Den set up as a Games Room with Poker/Craps/Card Table, bluetooth ready Jukebox and bar for fun nights with friends and family. There is a further additional room in the home set up as a home gym. The private pool/spa deck area combines a sumptuous casual outdoor living space with cable TV plus separate 6 seater dining area with built in Outdoor Kitchen area for outside dining and entertaining.

Featuring 3 bedrooms in a split plan design for privacy. The Master Bedroom comes complete with King size bed, flat screen cable TV and private Master Bathroom. The Master Bathroom features twin basins, roman bathtub and large walk in shower. The second Guest Bedroom features a Queen size bed with cable TV and private ensuite bathroom with door to the pool deck for easy access. The third Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and Cable TV. There is one additional Guest Bathrooms located adjacent to this bedroom for guests' use.

Stepping outside to the screened pool deck area, guests can enjoy the large private dock area with stunning westerly views down the Gulf access canal. A perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

Fantastic Calm Getaway!

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! It’s the perfect secluded getaway—tucked away along a peaceful canal, offering plenty of privacy and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. A very nice property on the canal with the preserve on the other side. Home had everything we needed, pool was great, everything was clean! Very nice part of Cape Coral.

Family Beach Vacation

The property was wonderful. A short drive to several area beaches including Naples (1 hr), Ft. Meyers Beach (45 minutes) and Sanibel Island (45 minutes). Beautiful home in a great neighborhood and very nice amenities. Would stay here again for sure and next time I would rent a boat to really take advantage of the location.

Property is awesome

Property is exactly as described. It is also in a great, quiet location. We were pleased that there wasn't as much canal traffic as we thought may have been possible. We enjoyed the outdoor area while watching the fish jumping in the evening.

Wonderful time in Cape Coral

Great house and location -- very quiet - on the canal and mangroves all around. Road in front of the house was not busy at all. The house has more than enough amenities from beginning to end. Property manager was very attentive and responsive. Pool was awesome - only comment is that we couldn't seem to get the hot tub as warm as we wanted but a very small issue compared to everything else that was great. We would definitely go back again to this house - no question!

A new sensor for heating purposes had been installed but not calibrated correctly. This issue is now fixed so the hot tub is heating up to the correct temperature. Wow!

What an amazing place! First, stop by the house before you go to the store! So many spices, oils, coffee and more. I cooked every day and there was everything that I needed and more! Kitchen phenomenal! We only used the master bedroom, the bed was super comfy, we found ourselves oversleeping. It was nice that they had extra fans for air circulation and for us, white noise. The patio/pool area, we loved! We spent most of our 10 day trip out there! Watching the boats go by, the iguanas, birds and jumping fish was really cool. Bring binoculars! At night, the marsh around it comes alive! Sounds like a jungle, so cool from the safety of the caged patio. Bugs weren't too bad, just a little bug spray and neither of us got bit! We will rent this house again and again! Our 4th stay in Cape Coral and this is now our absolute favorite area!

Lovely Home

My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa the week before Christmas. The home had everything you could ask for including fans for sleeping with white noise, fishing poles, pots and pans and plenty of dishware, linens and towels for both shower and pool. It was nice to have a supply of laundry soap and toiletries as well. The pool and hot tub are one of the best in all the homes we have rented. The workout room and poker game room were a hit with both parents and our teenagers. The outdoor grill got plenty of use. Our only complaint…then no-see-em bugs that were in abundance around the mangroves once the sunset. Unfortunately they’re so small you don’t even know you’re being bit until it’s too late. So if sitting outdoors (even inside the lanai) be sure to use the bug spray that’s provided. One other snag we encountered was not being able to find ESPN channels to catch any playoff and bowl games that were on. It’s possible

We agree it is wise advice for anyone sitting outdoors in SW FL to use bug spray as the 'noseeums' can get through the lanai screen as they are so small. Bug spray stops the issue. I double checked the cable package & it does have ESPN channels. It is Dish Network as the cable provider. The only thing I did find out is they have been having sporadic disputes between Dish & ESPN. When that happens they sometimes drop the channels as part of the dispute process which we cannot control but the home definitely has them in the package. We hope to see you again in the future.

Relaxation vacation

The property is as stunning as the photos. The pool / hot tub with outdoor kitchen was perfect and our main hang out area. The bedrooms were spacious and private. We had a question for the property manager and they responded within an hour. Very friendly and helpful and gave us a few suggestions for the Florida weather.

Beautiful home!

We absolutely loved this property! Private, gorgeous pool, fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook or grill, the owners thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. The workout room and card room are impressive. You will love relaxing on the open patio area. The management company is very responsive and kind, however we had very little need to contact them. Everything was perfect.

Perfect getaway

If there is any question in your mind about renting this property do not delay. Everything is exactly as pictured. Home was immaculately clean. We had a few questions when we got there and Neil was easy to reach and very welcoming and responsive. Easy keypad check in. Everything well appointed and thoughtful. Traveled with my husband and two children (21 & 17) . Game room made for fun poker nights. Kitchen has everything you need, utensils, glasses, cookware, etc. Open floor plan gave everyone privacy but felt like we were together. Washer and dryer room not shown in pics was wonderful for keeping up with towels and laundry. Master bath is ridiculous. An abundance of towels, beach towels, extra pillows and blankets all high quality. Beds were super comfortable. TV's throughout with Directv including some movie channels (though my husband and son were a bit upset they couldn't get ESPN :)). Pool area is to die for. There is really no need to leave this house except to explore the area. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby (Lobster Lady is a must) but far enough from bustle. Wonderful quiet neighborhood and corner lot. You will not be disappointed. Can't wait to go back. Keely and Neil thank you so much!

This was a great alternative to a hotel; the house provided a common area for the couples to mingle, a really nice pool, hot tub, game room and a nice workout room... there is a lot of outdoor space to boat watch and swim. Everything needed for cooking is available in the house (they thought of everything) - location is very quiet; we usually stay in Naples - Cape Coral is an adjustment - it's about 20 - 45 minutes from the "action" but the house helped compensate for Cape Coral; Property management company is quick to respond - overall great house 6 star house - 3.5 star city

Thank you Kendra for your review. Thank you also for being respectful guests of the home. As you mention Cape Coral is quite different to Naples. Guests visit the Cape as much of it is set on Gulf access waterways so people come here to boat, fish & get away from the hustle & bustle & enjoy the water. We hope you guys may consider staying with us in the future

Fun Get Away

As a family we were looking to get away from the cold. This was a perfect location. The house was spacious, the pool was warm and inviting and the indoor/outdoor feel was just what we were looking for. We would definitely visit again
