We had a great time staying here & it’s in a prime location in Wrightsville! Visiting from the west coast, we made it our home away from home. Working with and communicating with the rental company was seamless, we had requested an extra cleaning while there since we stayed for 9 days and they were happy to accommodate. Will definitely try to rebook this house in the future if we return!

Great place, super clean and nice and super short walk to beach, waterway, pier and local shops and restaurants (Robert’s grocery, Shark Bar, Tower 7, Sweetwater Surf Shop and more!).

Best Weekend Ever at Wrightsville Beach

One of if not the best VRBO rentals we have stayed in! Amazing Location, Amazing House, and more than enough room to accommodate a large group! Definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Wrightsville Beach.

Gem Property at Wrightsville Beach

Everything about this property was as advertised. Check in was a breeze and communication was on time. Ample common space inside and outside. Short walk to beach and Wrightsville bars and restaurants.

Wonderful Graduation Week!

Great property for our daughter's graduation week. Plenty of space for the entire family. House had everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. Kitchen was well outfitted. Location is perfect for an easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely rent this property again.

Wonderful house

The house was clean and as advertised. Location is between the channel (1/2 block) and the beach (1.5 blocks) so was great for sunsets (channel) and sunrise (beach). Used the grill on the deck which is a nice feature. Nice setup with multiple spaces for individuals to gather. Lovely front porch. We enjoyed our stay.

The unit is quite large with plenty of spacious rooms and bathrooms for bigger groups to spread out. Glad you were able to catch some of those famous WB sunrises and sunsets - surely a special sight! The front porch with all the rocking chairs is definitely a highlight so it's great you took full advantage of that. You and your family are welcome back anytime, keep us in mind for the next trip!

Only a few things negative. Construction workers next door, started early in the morning banging, covered cars in concrete dust, staring into the back yard at us. Also, surf board stolen from under the house

Nice property, but could use some attention

I recently stayed at this beach vacation home and while the property itself has a lot of potential, there were several issues that impacted our stay. First, the photos on the listing seem outdated – the house may have been beautiful in its prime, but it shows signs of wear and tear now. The couch and pillows were not very clean, with noticeable stains and a general feeling of being unkempt. Additionally, we found dead roaches on the bottom floor, which was concerning. It was clear the house had been cleaned, but it seemed like it had been vacant for a while, and a quick check-up before our arrival would have caught these issues. I think with a bit more attention to detail and regular maintenance, this place could truly shine again.

Amazing home will keep us coming back for more Wrightsville!

We celebrated my Parent's 50th Wedding anniversary here, and it was a perfect home to fit 3 families with all of the kids and grandkids. This is a beautifully designed and furnished modern family friendly vacation home within a couple of walking minutes from the beach. It was just so easy to simply wake-up, and within a few minutes of walking we were on the beach for walks and early morning sunrises. The views were spectacular, with the fishing pier just another few minutes walk to the left of us when on the beach. The second floor entrance of this home leads into a large spacious open concept living area that includes the Gourmet Kitchen with all that we needed to keep us happy during our visit. There is a spacious Breakfast area, Coffee bar, Dining area and Lounge. The living area leads out onto a large front balcony porch where the whole family gathered for beautiful views of the sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee and breakfast. At Sunset we could also step out onto the back porch balcony and enjoy a glass of wine, have a family barbecue, or just sit and enjoy the beautiful view over the inland waterway. We also spent a few nights by the fire-pit in the back-yard, with perfect evening weather and a very nice deck area. The Central Family living area was very centrally located to provide easy access form all the Sleeping areas, including the Lower Lever Apartment. The beach and waterway are steps away from this unique vacation home. If we had to rinse off the sand and saltwater there is a back-yard outside shower stall with hot and cold water which we found very convenient. This tastefully designed modern vacation home truly provided everything we could have wanted and made our vacation and celebration very memorable. The bright functional interior design, and modern state-of-the-art appliances catered to all our needs. This unique vacation home not only promises but delivers a memorable stay for young and old. A representative from the property management company was very friendly, professional, and was always available to respond to all of our needs and and questions. Wonderful property

I’ve rented homes all over the world and this home exceeds expectations. First it’s well appointed, the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen beautiful. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. There’s a separate apartment downstairs that’s cozy and includes small kitchen. It accommodated our family and we had a great time

Wow! This is great to hear, Judith! We are thrilled we were able to share Meant to Beach with your family during your vacation this year. This home is wonderfully decorated and upgraded with all the comforts of home. It was important to the home owners to make it feel very high end which is reflected in the new décor, furniture, and bedding as well as a wet bar and technology center with wireless phone chargers! The unit is situated right between the channel and the beach so you can choose where you want to relax for the day with only a quick minute walk to either location. The owners are currently renovating the property even more so we will share those updates when they are done, keep an eye out! The lower level is now included in the rental as well as upgraded bedding, furniture, and features like the "wet bar" area. The new owners really wanted to give a high end vibe with the furnishings and décor and they certainly hit the nail on the head.
