Spacious two-story home with luxury touches. Located close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Walking distance to the lake, marinas, and local eatery. Just a short drive to the Village, ski resorts, Snow play, and National Forest hiking trails. Enjoy modern luxury in the mountains. Perfect for hosting friends and family on any occasion!

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, TV, remote work area, and bathroom with jet tub. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and TV. Upstairs third bedroom has two twin/twin bunk beds and TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove/oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - AC unit downstairs, Smart TVs with cable, streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Arcade game machine, board games and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy gas fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

End of summer getaway

This property was really good. It was well stocked even the kitchen. They even have an instapot and a sous vide stick. The property was clean and really comfortable. IT would have been nice to have a couple of fans in the bedrooms which were a little stuffy even after opening the windows.

4th of July Stay

Love the location to the lake! Big beautiful home with a fireplace and games. Looks modern but not uncomfortably so. The only issues were the toilet bowls were not clean, the jet tub had bugs and dirt flow into the tub when turned on, and ants invaded the master bathroom and the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen! We had to keep spraying raid. The place is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. It's really clean and like new except for the ants and the art and furnishings are really cool!

Convenient, nice clean stay for family

Was a nice weekend getaway. Clean property, nice amenities. Would have been nice to have more amenities in the backyard, such as a fire pit. Check in wasn't clear, we had to follow up with them the morning of to find out how to check in. No access to the garage, which was disappointing. Overall, not a bad experience.

Modern Times was fantastic! I originally was booked for the Chipmunk Cabin and my carbon monoxide detector that I have in my suitcase rang off. Someone came to look at it and fix it. After the person left the carbon monoxide detector went off again, gave me a reading number of 37, which is not good, and you all moved me to the Modern Times home that night. Thank you for that. I hope the Chipmunk Cabin situation got fixed. The Chipmunk Cabin was extremely substandard. It was dirty. The bedspread thin. The curtains in one of the bedrooms was burlap. Someone needs to go back and look at this property and reassess the pricing of this cabin. It is over priced. If I was not moved to the Modern Times home, I would have had a bad experience with my three night four day stay at Big Bear. I will come back and absolutely stay at the Modern Times home. Thank you so much for helping me with my situation and I hope the carbon monoxide situation got fixed. All good wishes to you!

Nice but not again.

Black ants had a trail from the front door to the back of the house kitchen. Property has “AC” but air doesnt cool off bedrooms. Master bedroom bed was surprisingly uncomfortable for both my wife and me. Construction started next door at 530am. For a vacation, we did not get very restful nights and we certainly tried. The house overall had nice touches and modern appeal. Location was about 5 minutes from everything which was nice.

Amazing place. Super open concept just wish there were more blinds to cover the windows downstairs. But overall amazing experience

Great getaway

This house was awesome! The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had an awesome retro popcorn maker. The master bedroom was comfortable and the bathtub was super relaxing. The teenagers found the bunk beds a little wobbly, but still slept okay. Would definitely stay here again.
