This bright & airy beach retreat is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and just around the corner from the Pelican Bay community pool. There are several gathering areas within the cottage -- you and your guests can relax & unwind in the living room, dining room, screened porch overlooking the lagoon or the open deck accessible from the master suite. Guests enter The Coastal Cottage by walking up the exterior stairs to the front door. Upon entering the cottage, you will find the living room, staircase to the upper floor, dining room, kitchen and primary suite. You can access the private screened porch with outdoor dining table through the French doors in the dining room. The screened porch also connects to the back deck. Walk up the interior staircase to access the two guest bedroom suites on the second floor and the full sized washing machine & dryer.



The Coastal Cottage is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood. Please be mindful of the residential character of the home during your stay.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Please keep A/C temperature above 70F for optimal comfort. It is recommended to set it at 72F. Remember to keep doors and windows closed to maintain a cool home and keep bugs out. Fridges may take 24 hrs to cool when loaded after cleaning.

This may impact beach access points but the beach will be accessible throughout. Only active construction areas will be roped off.
