This serene, 2nd-floor condo at Cinnamon Shore offers a coastal-chic retreat with balcony views directly into the Town Center. The beach and three community pools are always a short walk away!
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: An all-white kitchen with bar seating looks over the dining area into the family room, all dressed up in beachy blues and white! Relax on the sectional sofa or comfy chairs. Play games or serve a meal on the farmhouse-style dining table with banquette seating. White shiplap provides a farmhouse-chic backdrop with character.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Enjoy the comfortable, king-size bed in the primary suite, with a bathroom that has a shower. The kid-friendly twin room has a bathroom with a tub/shower. And a great pullout sofa couch.
GREAT FEATURES: You'll love the sunset views and central location in the heart of Cinnamon Shore, with easy access to outdoor movie nights and live music during busier seasons and holidays. IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Blue Serenity is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Serenity the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
