Miss B'Haven Beach Cottage in Port Aransas

Discover our charming 3BR/3.5BA house in Royal Sands Beachfront community on Hwy 361. Enjoy scenic views from our patio overlooking 2 pools and a hot tub. A short walk to the beach via golf-cart accessible boardwalk (Marker 39). The main room features a comfortable couch, two recliners, and a flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. We have a beverage soda/beer/wine cooler, and a margarita machine. Our decor is soothing, beachy colors. The large kitchen is fully-equipped with a peninsula counter with a cooktop. The dining table seats eight with room for four more at the kitchen bar. The large windows let in tons of natural light and give you great views of the neighborhood.
All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The downstairs king bedroom is huge and has a king-size bed, high ceilings, and tasteful beach decor. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. There is a second king suite upstairs with a king-size bed and walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen bed. The playful beach décor is perfect for the kids. The adjacent bathroom has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs you will find a loft living area with a flat-screen TV, DVD Player and a queen sleeper couch foldout. Our house can comfortably sleep up to 8 adults+1-2 child (top of bunk bed).

Head outside to the covered patio, which overlooks the Royal Sands pools and has a gate opening directly to the family pool for easy access. The community has three pools and a hot tub.

Rinse off under the outdoor shower. We have a white porch swing and an outdoor dining area with 4 chairs. We have a deck box with beach chairs, a beach canopy, wagon, and sand toys.
Our front porch is perfect for morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening.
We have 2 driveways that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles/boats.
We accept small dogs that are housebroken and non-shedding.
We do not allow electric vehicles to charge at our house without prior approval. There is a charging station in Cinnamon Shores.
We have outdoor security cameras for the driveways and community pool.

Our neighborhood quiet hours are 10 PM to 8AM.
The pools and hot tub closes at 10 PM.
Our neighborhood does not allow ATVs. There is a $500 fine for driving anything other than a golf cart on the boardwalk.
We do not allow bachelor or bachelorette parties. During spring break, we only rent to families or couples 25 years and older. There must be at least one adult over 25 for every four teenagers/college students. We do not allow any kind of party at the property without our written permission.
If you’re looking a great restaurant close by, try La Playa, Trout Street, or The Bluewater Cowboy. Rent a golf cart or bike take a relaxing ride around the island. Looking for something a little more exciting? Try parasailing! If you’d like to see “real” pirates, take a Red Dragon Pirate Cruise. The whole family will enjoy the singing, dancing, sword fighting and more!
