On the day of your arrival, you will receive a TEXT message and an EMAIL with access information at 1:00 pm Central Time for your vacation rental. This is self check in property at 3 p.m or after.


The Brazos River Bend Cabin is located in a quiet rural area close to all that Waco offers. Great views of the river from the deck but no fishing and no swimming is allowed at the cabin. There is a beautiful deck that sits up from the river, offers great views but no access to the river.

Freshly modern with a rustic feel, this unique 2 br cabin located on the Brazos River bank is the perfect location for that unplanned getaway. If offers remarkable views of the Brazos River as you enjoy a quiet evening on the deck grilling steaks and sipping that favorite beverage. The close proximity to Waco attractions such as The Magnolia Market and Baylor University, makes this the perfect spot for active days and restful evenings. The cabin is located on the property with a main residence of the owner. There is a fence in between for privacy. The desck is used for guests only, not shared with owner.

The kitchen has a full size stove with an oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and an outdoor gas grill. If you chose to cook, all pots and pans, grilling utensils are available. There are STEPS down the main floor level to the kitchen and bathroom. This may be unsuitable for guests that have difficulty with steps or small children.
