Nestled in private, yet spacious surroundings Little Forest offers self-contained chalets; ideal for couples looking to get away from it all.
The stylish décor, including modern kitchen and bathroom facilities, blends seamlessly, with the natural beauty of the countryside, all complemented by the music of the native Tui that call Little Forest their home.
Come and experience breath taking scenery and accommodation at its best – your hosts, Carol and Gordy, are proud of their little piece of paradise and look forward to sharing it with you.

Neat get-away

We had a lovely stay. Only thing was when we woke in the morning the windows had condensation, which was cold & wet (Winter time). Maybe the bathroom needed a heat lamp. It would be different during the summer. Overall we enjoyed staying there, would come back definitely.

Loved our brief visit to Feilding and stay at Little Forrest Cabins a highlight. The setting and outlook gorgeous, the cabins fresh and comfortable. Carol went the extra distance to give the little person in our entourage a fantastic encounter feeding the sheep. A little moment in time that we will treasure. Thank you again and also for being gracious about our inadvertent uplifting of a kitchen knife! I can recommend Little Forrest Cabins if you are ever to visit the area.

Lovely cabins nice and quiet, hosts had left the lights on for us and put the heater on as well, much appreciated as we arrived quite late at night. Will definitely stay again

Lovely weekend

Beautifully located cabins, children loved the animals and the walk through the trees. Only problem was my own error not noting that there were minimal cooking facilities. This was nothing to do with the communication around the property - just my own error. Carole welcomed us on arrival and friendly dog soaked up all attention we wanted to give. Short drive to Fielding and all we anted to do.

What a view

The little forest cottages are modern and spotlessly clean. The view is great and it is such a peaceful spot. Close to Fielding and suited our needs perfectly. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

Only had the luxury of staying one night wish we could of stayed longer. Was a absolutely amazing stay perfect little getaway. Gordy and Carol were wonderful. Being tucked away amongst the trees hearing the wildlife and able to take a stroll around the place just amazing.We most definitely will be back.

Qui vous reçoit ?

Vous êtes reçu par Gordy and Carol Brooker

We have both traveled a lot with our sports and like meeting people. We have been involved with competitive wood chopping, dog trialing, off road motorbike racing, shearing and all farming related things. We enjoy motorcycling around New Zealand when we get the opportunity.
We built these cabins ourselves as a project and they have come up very well.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Three new 49m2 cabins situated on top of a hill and only 2 kms from Feilding. Separate bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and good lounge. Another two beds in lounge if needed. Panoramic views towards the ranges. Also guests can walk around the trees in the paddocks.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property is only a few kilometres from the town boundary. Follow the railway line north and it will lead onto Makino road. There is a Little Forest sign at the gate of 519 Makino Road, Feilding.
