This is a great property, the property manager was great. Only issue is the ac splits in two of the rooms didn’t work well (one remote didn’t work to adjust temp, and the other fan worked ac didn’t. Batteries in the remotes were fine). Once these issues are resolved this is a gem of a property.

Absolutely wonderful!

The condo was gorgeous! Perfect location on the beach and 1 block away from downtown. Paula was very nice and helpful and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone else traveling to Jaco Beach!

Amazing

Beautiful condo and place to stay. Enjoyed how close things were and we did not even need to rent a car. Ricks tours did an amazing job with all the wonderful tours we took. We did Tourtga Island, ATV, zip lining, horseback rides, Marc Antoine park with an excellent lunch provided, and the guys did a 1/2 day fishing charter.

Happy in Jaco!

This was our second visit to Costa Rica (first was to Tamarindo in 2021) and overall we had a fantastic almost 2 weeks in Jaco. Communication with Paula, the Property Mgr., was easy and consistent, the location of the property was excellent relative to both downtown and the beach, and we spent many mornings and nights on the balconies watching beautiful sunsets and the occasional wild lightening storm!? Bottom line, amazing all around value with this property and would highly recommend to families, or any other type trip to Jaco! Thank YOU Paula for helping to make our summer vacation super enjoyable!

Spacious Condo

Very nice building, nice pool, on the beach, very spacious and well appointed condo. Condo is centrally located and perfect for walking everywhere. However, it is very, very difficult to have guests. The security is very rude to guests and the property manager discourages visitors. If you plan on having any visitors, do not stay here. If that is not an issue for you then this place is awesome!

Nice place

Nice place (just like the pictures), great location and views, great building. The unit was a little "tired" (needed some maintenance on minor things) and it had not been cleaned well (we had to wash the bed linens in two rooms as there was hair in the sheets). But given the size of it (BIG!) we didn't expect or need perfection. Management was responsive and easy to deal with.

No hot showers!

We experienced a lot of problems during our stay. This was supposed to be an enjoyable Thanksgiving family vacation. The main problem and complaint was not having hot water in the showers. The company did add a device to the master shower where you could use a hand shower and get hot water near the end of our 7 day stay in ONE shower. Take note, over a 5 minute shower would also trip the breaker. The contractor who installed this instant water line informed the problem is a major one. Our senior parents were with us. Multiple times the elevator was not working so we had to climb 7 flights of stairs. On another day, I was taking a nap and was woken up to someone in the condo. They ran out when they saw me sleeping which was very suspicious. I was told they brought chairs. Who really knows. The pool table is need of repair. If you put 2 balls in a a few of the pockets the pool pocket falls and the balls fall on the tile giving you a good scare. The stove top has a grill knobs, so trying to cook on it is a challenge. The washing machine malfunctioned. They did get it working but once I was told it was because there was mud and another time they said the latch. We paid more money to stay at this unit and expected luxurious amenities. Do yourself a favor and save some money and rent one of the lower units to get hot showers and better amenities for 1/2 the price. I know this because we had more family at the same condo and they got to actually enjoy their vacation.

This was our second time staying at Diamante del Sol with our family of 5. The pool was excellent, the location is great, the beds very comfortable, and Paula was responsive and quick to address any questions we had.

Beautiful View

Comfortable and Convenient! Great location with magnificent view of Jaco Beach. Woke up to beautiful Macaws in the trees beside the balcony. Security guard was a plus! Very safe location for the family.

Fantastic hub for great memories!

3rd time in CR and this condo was fantastic and the hub for great memories. We were a family of 6 with more than enough space. Kitchen was stocked and we grilled outside but mostly wandered around Jaco for some great meals. The view was fantastic with the NW corner being away from the pool but with full view of the entire end-to-end Jaco beach. The pictures are spot on and our property manager Paula was outstanding. Paula help pre-stock the condo with groceries, arranged for a tour guide to meet us to set up activities, arranged transport for the airport and our CV testing to return home and was always quick to respond! We are home now and really missing the balconies back in Jaco

Diamanté del Sol, Jaco

We stayed in this 4 bedroom condo on the 7th floor for 10 nights! It is a fabulous place and completely as advertised! Actually it is even nicer than the pictures. Everything here is great and contributed to a wonderful family vacation. The view, the large open concept kitchen, living room, dining room, and games room/pool table is perfect for having a good time. The bedrooms with ensuite in each withe the sound-proofing within and between condos creates privacy even for a large group. The amenities exceeded expectations with many hotel features like soap and shampoo, extra towels, laundry detergent, and others! The pool area is beautiful, convenient and very well maintained. You can also go through the gate, and out onto the sand to walk the beach or go jump in the waves. We felt very welcomed, safe and comfortable here. Best in Jaco staff are close by, respond quickly and are very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation! We recommend this condo to everyone!

Great location near Jaco downtown. Loved drinking morning coffee on patio listening and watching the waves roll in. Paula at Best of Jaco was a joy and very helpful. She made suggestions for entertaining that were good for us. Unusual having a pool table in the living area and chairs in living area could have been more inviting. This condo was true to the advertising so I encourage anyone to come to Costa Rica and stay here.

Accommodations were spectacular!

I stayed at the condo with 5 friends for our annual girls trip. The accommodations were true to the pictures. The views were spectacular and the location was ideal. Restaurants and shops were in walking distance. The folks at Best in Jaco were also top notch. I would highly recommend staying at this condo.

great people, great place. very accurate description & photos. the suite was very clean & well maintained. the owner was very helpful. when the washer/dryer had an issue she had us a replacement within hours, which was very refreshing as we have had other management companys drag feet over things such as toasters and such. hope to stay there again soon.

All furnishings and linens in the condominium are brand new. It also contains large flat screen TVs if you feel like watching a game or a movie in the evening after a long day in the sun.
