The villa is uniquely designed for multigenerational family vacations, milestone celebrations like birthdays/anniversaries and more suitable for mature guests (40+). The concierge will arrange for you to be greeted at the airport, walk you through the villa and assist in coordinating your island adventures.

Eternity is a state-of-the-art, secure, modern house of 6,000 sq ft with five bedrooms, each with its own private en suite bathroom that accommodates up to 11 guests. The outdoor living space makes up 2,000 sq ft of the space and has breathtaking outdoor unobstructed views of the Caribbean coastline and Magens Bay. The outdoor living and dining space has whitewash shiplap ceilings, beverage fridge and BBQ which is complemented by the 10,000 gallon, 50 foot negative-edge swimming pool with private vista The villa is located in the gated community of Estate Peterborg and the property is privately gated with restricted grounds access with added security through outside cameras.

The gourmet kitchen is conveniently and tastefully appointed with quartz counter-tops, a six-seat island, and quality new appliances including a massive built-in fridge, ice maker, wine cooler, induction cook-top/oven and more.

In the dining area, a solid, natural-edge Acacia wood table with seats for 12 echoes the beautiful whitewashed shiplap ceilings that run 12-feet high throughout the living area. The 1,000-square-foot living area also includes a media centre with a 82-inch Samsung smart TV staged before a limestone accent wall. High-speed Wifi boosters are located throughout the house to provide seamless wireless coverage. With the villa's 40,000 KWH generator you will always have power at your disposal.

The house has beach essentials, including beach towels, two umbrellas, 10 Tommy Bahama beach chairs as well as sand toys for children.

Bedrooms
The newly constructed villa’s sleeping arrangements were designed with guest privacy and comfort top of mind. Bedrooms possess their own unique visual personas as created by island designer Tiffany Cassidy of Lagnappe Design, but each is fitted with a king size bed, its own separate climate control system with air conditioning and private ensuite bathroom. All bathrooms boast an elevated double vanity and a luxury walk-in shower including a rain head, wall-mounted head and handheld head.

For those who would luxuriate in their bathing regime, the master bathroom on the main floor contains a gorgeous acorn tub that overlooks Magens Bay through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The second main floor bedroom is furnished with a king bed that can be converted to three twin beds for families with children or groups requiring flexible bunking options. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's for your enjoyment.
