The villa can accommodate ten guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, A/C, and ocean-view terraces are in the Main house. Two additional bedrooms with similar features are located in the Main Level Tower.
The lower level has a full-size apartment with a private entrance, garden access, living area with fully stocked kitchen and a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Next to the main villa's living room step out to the main terrace with outdoor dining for ten, a grill, loungers, and an infinity pool with amazing ocean views. A second large terrace with private lounge space and dining area surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa uses solar energy, has a generator for power outages, and a carbon/UV water purification system.

The Villa is in the safe neighborhood of Mahogany Run, close to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, beaches, and the St. John ferry. It has an additional private gate for more privacy, and every rental includes a complimentary Concierge service.

We provide beach chairs, towels, toys, and coolers for guests. The villa also includes quality towels and sheets. Each bathroom is stocked with spa-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, wine cooler, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, small appliances, and wine/champagne glasses.

Explore St. Thomas from our central location! Our island is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. You can also visit historical sites like Black Beard's Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable villa in Paradise.

This is an absolutely beautiful villa overlooking the ocean in St. Thomas. Four private king size bed rooms each with their own private balconies and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are very spacious to prepare and enjoy meal times with other guests and friends. It's perfectly located close to all the major attractions St. Thomas has to offer. I highly recommend Villa Del Mar for your next vacation experience.

This home/property was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 couples. Each bedroom room is an en-suite, and each faces the ocean, which was the number one reason we chose this property. The home has “good bones” (sturdy and in good repair). The bedding was nice. Everything was very clean, and plenty of extra misc. supplies. The only negative for us was an inoperative AC unit in the lower apartment living room area. This made the living area smell musty and ininviting. However, the adjoining en-suite was in perfect working order, lovely. The views and ambience are spectacular. Our favorite spot was “morning coffee” on our en-suite’s private balcony.

The perfect tranquil setting for a luxury relaxing getaway

Villa Del Mar exceeded all of my family's expectations for our first stay in Saint Thomas. Every detail of the home was built with integrity out of fine and durable materials, most of the home is made of stone and it exudes a luxurious, yet welcoming feel. Each of us were afforded our own private balcony and en suite bathroom, so it allowed us a level of privacy that was welcomed. The views from the deck area and infinity pool were surreal. The communication received from Tressa and the concierge service was extremely useful and prompt, they both have valuable advice to share. We would not hesitate to stay here again orat another one of their prperties.

Stunning Property with Five Star amenities and million dollar views

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! The pics and descriptions I read online matched everything written. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things necessary for cooking and coffee is provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, and made going to any beach we wanted to easy (some don't provide chair rentals). a favorite was sitting out by the pool at night. It was all so beautiful! Most importantly, Tressa was always available and very quick to respond to my texts and emails from start to finish. I would absolutely stay at Villa Del Mar again!

Large space, bright and welcoming

Our stay was fantastic. The space was large, bright, and welcoming, with every amenity we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices, condiments, coffee, and sugar, making it easy to settle in without rushing to the store. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room were spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the infinity pool. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the stunning views.. Villa del Mar was amazing and the ideal spot to relax and enjoy life, even if just for a little while. We will definitely come back!

Spacious Villa and breathtaking views

Our trip to St. Thomas was exceptional. The breathtaking views and ample space with five large bedrooms made it perfect for our group. We utilized the gourmet kitchen and barbecue daily. Indescribable!

This was one of the best trips we have ever had. The vie from Villa Del Mar is surreal. The home was immaculate and so well stocked! From a Ninja to plentiful beach chairs and everything in between, Tressa thought of everything. Through Villa Del Mar, we were connected with Caribbean Concierge. They orchestrated our driver (Mike was great!) and all of our activities. After we checked out, Tressa texted to let me know we had left something behind. She then drove into town to meet us before we left for the airport. We all were in tears not wanting the trip to end. We ate already looking at our schedule for next year!

Perfect get away!

We went on a trip with 4 couples. The house was perfect lay out, each couple was able to have their own private room with bathroom. Living room and kitchen were both large enough it never felt crowded with 8 guests. Scenery was breathtaking and management was super helpful and was able to answer any questions!

Spectacular Villa Stay

Our stay at Villa Del Mar in St. Thomas was incredible thanks to this beautiful villa and the owner, Tressa. Everything about our stay there was perfect but what stood out the most was the patio and pool. The view from the patio took our breath away every single time with its beauty. Our favorite thing to do was to relax on the patio, swim in the pool and take in the view. My husband and I came with our grown children and their significant others so we were 4 couples. There was more than enough room for all of us and Tressa is so well organized that we even had 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels for all and coolers for the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and because of that we only ate out once during our week stay. There is also a great barbecue grill on the patio so we were able to have a barbecue for a few dinners. The lovely bedrooms are all large with very comfortable beds and there is an amazing outdoor shower as well.The Villa is extremely clean and well cared for. In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches in the living room. Tressa was always available to answer our questions and give us good tips on beaches, places to go and much more which meant a lot to us. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with quick replies to all my texts and emails. We thank Tressa for sharing her home with us and the next time we are in St Thomas we will definitely be staying here again!

Holiday Family Fun and Adventure in a GORGEOUS ESTATE

Everything about Villa del Mar is wonderful and the views are stunning! The open design of the great room and kitchen, only steps away from the pool, are perfect for cooking, big family meals, playing games, and relaxing. The outdoor dining and lounge area and infinity edge pool are the place to be when you aren't off exploring the surrounding towns and beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. The side patio/lounge area also has great views and was big enough for us to set up a mini pickleball court. Tressa, the property manager, and the Concierge Team were outstanding. Every question about the house was answered quickly. Planning from rental cars, dinners, a perfect catamaran excursion, and everything in between, was absolutely perfect! 5 STARS across the board.

The Villa was absolutely stunning! The pics and descriptions I read online absolutely matched everything written. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things necessary for cooking meals and morning coffee! Nice bags and beach towels were provided for our beach days on Magens Bay. Excellent vacation home, location, and experience on St. Thomas

We just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Del Mar on St. Thomas. The overall size and layout of the Villa and its five large individual guest suites, the infinity pool, pool deck and the beautifully landscaped property with its private patios and walkways provided the perfect setting for our group of five adult couples. The Villa and pool deck have incredible views of the water and BVI while soaking up sun and breezes while also offering sufficient shaded space. The Villa was very clean and included all cooking, bathroom and comfort amenities that we needed as well as beach gear. The A/C units, Internet, televisions, infinity pool, sound system, kitchen appliances and grill all worked well and there was plenty of parking for the SUVs that we rented. Located inside the gated Mahogany Run community, it was ideal for morning walks with incredible views without worrying about traffic or noise, and the shaded side patio provided a private exercise and yoga area with and amazing view of the water. We found the Villa to be perfectly located with easy access to all areas of the island, including beautiful Magens Bay Beach (with full amenities) only five minutes from the Villa, multiple grocery markets, numerous good restaurants (we really liked the nearby Old Stone Farmhouse restaurant), other really nice beaches with food trucks and a nice shopping area in Charlotte Amalie. As first-time visitors to St. Thomas, the property managers were great to work with leading up to and during our stay and provide access to a free concierge service which helps plan on- and off-island excursions, dinners, various unique villa-based services, private sailing, or fishing trips, etc. Each of the vendors we used were excellent, including Luxe VI (stocked the pantry and refrigerator with our Day 1 & 2 groceries and beverages an hour prior to our arrival), Tree Limin' Extreme Zipline, Spa to Go (massages at the Villa), Love City Car Ferry (a very easy day-trip to/from St. John and its beaches), Paradise Car Rental (curbside pick-up and drop-off at the airport). I hope our review of Villa del Mar and our on-island experience is helpful to future visitors. We truly loved the Villa Del Mar and the entire experience and beauty that St. Thomas provided and are extremely grateful of the owners who shared their beautiful home with us and others. We are already planning our next visit to the island, and it will ABSOLUTELY be centered around another stay at Villa Del Mar.

Incredible Villa

THE VIEW from the pool is worth the price - just stunning! The house was the best equipped rental we've ever had - plenty of paper products, coffee, cleaning products, spices, etc. The outdoor shower was a show stopper! I would certainly come back to stay here!

Breath taking

Our whole group gasped in amazement when we drove up and saw the view and then entered the villa and saw the accommodations. It was truly breathtaking, inside and out and set up perfectly to serve our group. The property manager responded quickly to all of our inquiries. I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We fell in love with St Thomas on our first visit, and fell in love with the breezy Northside of the island. From the calm, warm seas to the terrain perfect for day hikes, St. Thomas seemed to draw us in with its beauty at every turn. We are a family owned and managed property. We provide one on one service to each guest, and as on-island owners, we can point you to all the great restaurants, tours, etc.

We were drawn to St. Thomas for the spectacular views after hiking the mountain tops, the calm ocean bays perfect for relaxing at any age and the undersea world teeming with life. As a family of avid scuba divers, it was imperative to us we found beauty and abundant life not only above the sea, but below. For scuba divers or snorkelers, there is always something remarkable when you peer below the surface in St. Thomas.
In the hunt for our family home on St. Thomas, the Villas carved into the side of the mountains of Mahogany Run were truly unforgettable. Villa Del Mar was love at first sight. St. Thomas seemed to draw us in with its beauty at every turn, but the views from the multiple terraces, infinity edge pool and main villa instills a calmness we’ve been unable to find elsewhere.

The Property and layout of Villa Del Mar allows for solitude together. Each of the five full suites with private terrace allows for the guest to enjoy quiet alone time, yet the sprawling great room and terrace with infinity pool allows for the entire group to gather with ample space for everyone.
