The living area is spacious with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, perfect for accommodating large groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a wine refrigerator and lots of counter space for preparing meals.

The villa can accommodate ten guests in five private en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms with king beds, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets, A/C, and ocean-view terraces are in the Main house. Two additional bedrooms with similar features are located in the Main Level Tower.
The lower level has a full-size apartment with a private entrance, garden access, living area with fully stocked kitchen and a private queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Next to the main villa's living room step out to the main terrace with outdoor dining for ten, a grill, loungers, and an infinity pool with amazing ocean views. A second large terrace with private lounge space and dining area surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. The villa uses solar energy, has a generator for power outages, and a carbon/UV water purification system.

The Villa is in the safe neighborhood of Mahogany Run, close to Charlotte Amalie, Red Hook, beaches, and the St. John ferry. It has an additional private gate for more privacy, and every rental includes a complimentary Concierge service.

We provide beach chairs, towels, toys, and coolers for guests. The villa also includes quality towels and sheets. Each bathroom is stocked with spa-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a convection oven, wine cooler, stainless appliances, pots, pans, bakeware, utensils, small appliances, and wine/champagne glasses.

Explore St. Thomas from our central location! Our island is perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. You can also visit historical sites like Black Beard's Castle, Tombstone Rock, and Ninety-Nine Steps. Plus, beautiful beaches like Magens Bay, Hull Bay, Coki Point, and Lindbergh are just a few miles away. For the past 10 years, our group of 8-9 family members travels together to stay at a beach house in the Caribbean in the summer. This was the best rental that accommodated all of us beautifully. House is actually even better than the pictures, and views were phenomenal!

Absolutely amazing!

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 littles) had an amazing week at Villa Del Mar. The property is absolutely beautiful! The accomodations listed are spot on. Tressa and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and provided great information regarding the area. Book the chef! We chose Ultimate Chef and LeAnna was amazing.

Paradise in Paradise

Villa Del Mar did not disappoint! What a beautiful home and fully stocked and so well maintained. We felt like royals! Our stay was amazing and we only had a couple of questions. Those were answered quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone. The location is perfect for proximity to just about everything on the island.

Breath taking property with gracious hosts

We stayed at the Villa for a week with a party of 10, enjoying the natural beauty surrounding the villa. The views were amazing and very calm quiet community. The house was amazing. Perfectly set up for a family to stay and enjoy each other’s company in the cozy atmosphere along with everything that’s required to provide daily meals. Tressa was very accommodating and made the entire process very easy and quick. We would definitely stay her again!

Beautiful, quiet, and comfortable villa in Paradise.

This is an absolutely beautiful villa overlooking the ocean in St. Thomas. Four private king size bed rooms each with their own private balconies and bathrooms. The kitchen and living area are very spacious to prepare and enjoy meal times with other guests and friends. It's perfectly located close to all the major attractions St. Thomas has to offer. I highly recommend Villa Del Mar for your next vacation experience.

This home/property was absolutely perfect for our group of 5 couples. Each bedroom room is an en-suite, and each faces the ocean, which was the number one reason we chose this property. The home has “good bones” (sturdy and in good repair). The bedding was nice. Everything was very clean, and plenty of extra misc. supplies. The only negative for us was an inoperative AC unit in the lower apartment living room area. This made the living area smell musty and ininviting. However, the adjoining en-suite was in perfect working order, lovely. The views and ambience are spectacular. Our favorite spot was “morning coffee” on our en-suite’s private balcony.

The perfect tranquil setting for a luxury relaxing getaway

Villa Del Mar exceeded all of my family's expectations for our first stay in Saint Thomas. Every detail of the home was built with integrity out of fine and durable materials, most of the home is made of stone and it exudes a luxurious, yet welcoming feel. Each of us were afforded our own private balcony and en suite bathroom, so it allowed us a level of privacy that was welcomed. The views from the deck area and infinity pool were surreal. The communication received from Tressa and the concierge service was extremely useful and prompt, they both have valuable advice to share. We would not hesitate to stay here again orat another one of their prperties.

Stunning Property with Five Star amenities and million dollar views

The Villa was absolutely beautiful! The pics and descriptions I read online matched everything written. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things necessary for cooking and coffee is provided. Beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, and made going to any beach we wanted to easy (some don't provide chair rentals). a favorite was sitting out by the pool at night. It was all so beautiful! Most importantly, Tressa was always available and very quick to respond to my texts and emails from start to finish. I would absolutely stay at Villa Del Mar again!

Large space, bright and welcoming

Our stay was fantastic. The space was large, bright, and welcoming, with every amenity we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices, condiments, coffee, and sugar, making it easy to settle in without rushing to the store. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living room were spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the infinity pool. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the stunning views.. Villa del Mar was amazing and the ideal spot to relax and enjoy life, even if just for a little while. We will definitely come back!

Spacious Villa and breathtaking views

Our trip to St. Thomas was exceptional. The breathtaking views and ample space with five large bedrooms made it perfect for our group. We utilized the gourmet kitchen and barbecue daily. The house was pristine and well-stocked with blankets, utensils, and beach gear. Tressa was an outstanding host, promptly answering questions and accommodating requests. Indescribable!

This was one of the best trips we have ever had. The vie from Villa Del Mar is surreal. The home was immaculate and so well stocked! From a Ninja to plentiful beach chairs and everything in between, Tressa thought of everything. Through Villa Del Mar, we were connected with Caribbean Concierge. They orchestrated our driver (Mike was great!) and all of our activities. After we checked out, Tressa texted to let me know we had left something behind. She then drove into town to meet us before we left for the airport. We all were in tears not wanting the trip to end. We ate already looking at our schedule for next year!

Perfect get away!

We went on a trip with 4 couples. The house was perfect lay out, each couple was able to have their own private room with bathroom. Living room and kitchen were both large enough it never felt crowded with 8 guests. Scenery was breathtaking and management was super helpful and was able to answer any questions!

Spectacular Villa Stay

Our stay at Villa Del Mar in St. Thomas was incredible thanks to this beautiful villa and the owner, Tressa. Everything about our stay there was perfect but what stood out the most was the patio and pool. The view from the patio took our breath away every single time with its beauty. Our favorite thing to do was to relax on the patio, swim in the pool and take in the view. My husband and I came with our grown children and their significant others so we were 4 couples. There was more than enough room for all of us and Tressa is so well organized that we even had 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkels for all and coolers for the beach. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and because of that we only ate out once during our week stay. There is also a great barbecue grill on the patio so we were able to have a barbecue for a few dinners. The lovely bedrooms are all large with very comfortable beds and there is an amazing outdoor shower as well.The Villa is extremely clean and well cared for. In the evening we enjoyed relaxing on the cozy couches in the living room. Tressa was always available to answer our questions and give us good tips on beaches, places to go and much more which meant a lot to us. She was extremely accommodating and very helpful with quick replies to all my texts and emails. We thank Tressa for sharing her home with us and the next time we are in St Thomas we will definitely be staying here again!

Holiday Family Fun and Adventure in a GORGEOUS ESTATE

Everything about Villa del Mar is wonderful and the views are stunning! The open design of the great room and kitchen, only steps away from the pool, are perfect for cooking, big family meals, playing games, and relaxing. The outdoor dining and lounge area and infinity edge pool are the place to be when you aren't off exploring the surrounding towns and beaches, all within a 10-20 minute drive. The side patio/lounge area also has great views and was big enough for us to set up a mini pickleball court. Tressa, the property manager, and the Concierge Team were outstanding. Every question about the house was answered quickly. Planning from rental cars, dinners, a perfect catamaran excursion, and everything in between, was absolutely perfect! 5 STARS across the board.

We were drawn to St. Thomas for the spectacular views after hiking the mountain tops, the calm ocean bays perfect for relaxing at any age and the undersea world teeming with life. As a family of avid scuba divers, it was imperative to us we found beauty and abundant life not only above the sea, but below. For scuba divers or snorkelers, there is always something remarkable when you peer below the surface in St. Thomas.
In the hunt for our family home on St. Thomas, the Villas carved into the side of the mountains of Mahogany Run were truly unforgettable. Villa Del Mar was love at first sight.
