Sea Star Luxury Villa est une villa unique située sur l'East End de la belle ßle des Caraïbes de St. Thomas. Sea Star est conçu pour fournir tout le confort de la maison avec la sérénité que l'on ne peut trouver que dans les ßles. Respirez profondément et détendez-vous en contemplant notre piscine à débordement sur les eaux turquoises de Great Bay.

Sea Star Luxury Villa est idéalement situé juste en bas de la plage de la station de Ritz Carlton cependant, à Sea Star, nous avons notre propre plage de sable blanc privée et isolée, équipée de chaises de plage, paddle, kayaks et équipements de plongée-tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la journée parfaite au bord de l'eau!

Avec notre piscine à débordement immaculée, nous avons un grand patio avec des chaises longues, un gril à gaz en acier inoxydable et deux salles à manger couvertes séparées - pouvant accueillir un total de 20 personnes. Dans notre niveau inférieur couvert, nous avons également un jacuzzi de 7 personnes, surplombant l'océan.

La villa elle-mĂȘme a trois chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage principal, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complĂšte. En outre, il y a deux suites au niveau infĂ©rieur avec une salle de bain complĂšte, un salon privĂ© et un canapĂ©-lit. Nous dormons 14 adultes, et pouvons fournir des matelas d'air pour les invitĂ©s supplĂ©mentaires si demandĂ©. Nous avons eu des familles de jusqu'Ă  20 personnes confortablement au Sea Star! L'Ă©tage principal est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ© d'une cuisine complĂšte et salle Ă  manger parfaite pour les grands groupes. Nous avons un systĂšme de divertissement complet avec un lecteur bluRay et une bibliothĂšque de films, un systĂšme de son surround et le Wifi.

De plus, pour votre commodité, nous avons un lave-linge / sÚche-linge, la climatisation dans chaque piÚce, et un générateur automatique en cas de panne d'électricité (ce qui peut arriver dans les tropiques).

this property was awesome. it was perfect for family of 14 of different ages. the pool was perfect along with the view. the yard was perfect for younger kids, playing games, catching lizards and just lounging. more than enough room for everybody. teenagers had their own suite. wasn't far from redhook or other attractions. house was well stocked and Chris was very attentive to a few needs. would highly recommend. the only fallback was that you could not swim in ocean even if though ocean front. could take out kayaks. this did not detract from the villa. great place.if grocery shopping use Cost-U-Less ( similiar to costcos) or Moes.would go again. did not want to leave.

Property only sleeps 15 adults comfortable

when booking this property, we thought we would be able to sleep 20-22 people. This property will only sleep 12 people comfortably in beds. There are 3 pull out sofas for anyone to sleep on, the mattress on the sofa bed is kinda thin so we pulled another sofa mattress and doubled it for 1 person to sleep on. We had 13 people on this trip. The house overall, communication, other description of the house was wonderful, the stay was absolutely wonderful, location was perfect! Chris was "on point" and very responsive to anything needed! I would highly recommend staying here!

Stunning Views

Perfect vacation spot for our large family and a baby! The location is super close to Red Hook and the bay is very quiet! We absolutely loved the deep pool, kayaks, paddle boards and being able to enjoy cocktails around the pool while enjoying the sound of the ocean. Everyone loved having their own and large rooms with a bathroom! It truly is a magical place!

Beautiful home

Stunning property with gorgeous ocean views and pool! Loved that every room had their own bathroom and plenty of space for the 10 of us! Easy to drive to places, about 20-30 min to most attractions we wanted to see. Chris was a pleasure to work with. We found our own caterer to help with a dinner one night and provisioning services and went great! Highly recommend Baja Bites. The ice machine was clutch too! Super helpful! Highly recommend house, you won’t be disappointed in amenities.

The house is perfect. Prefect location and amenities. We stayed here with 10 guys , all of us stayed comfortably. The house and property is perfect with the views of the water and volley ball court, not to mention the infinity pool right out the back door. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager Chris was great and the concierge Molly that I dealt with was amazing as well. Great experience and highly recommend

Son’s wedding trip

Christian met me upon my arrival and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, after which we left to get groceries. Upon our return, we discovered the power had gone out and the generator hadn’t kicked in. I notified Chris, and he and Christian showed up in a matter of minutes and got the generator going. They also offered for me to contact them at any time if needed, which I did (twice) during my stay. Their responsiveness and positive attitudes were impressive to say the least. Our son was married during this trip and we had roughly 30 people at the house afterwards, and the house easily accommodated the group. Kids and adults alike had a great time and we’re impressed with this property. I highly recommend it, and give kudos and two thumbs up to Chris and Christian as hosts.

Amazing house for a large group

Sea Star Villa was the perfect house for our family of 15 visiting St Thomas! It was exactly as described in the listing and I’d recommend it to anyone. We especially loved the volleyball court, kayaks, and snorkeling gear at the house. Bring water shoes, there are lots of sea urchins. You’ll need some patience with the kitchen, but the pros of the house far outweigh the cons. The oven takes about an hour to preheat and we had trouble with two of the burners. The ice maker in the fridge wasn’t working but there’s a huge commercial sized ice machine in the lower level. Two of the rooms downstairs are suites, with a door separating the main bedroom from the living room with a pull out couch. Perfect for traveling with little kids. The third downstairs room is actually a second master bedroom. 3 of the bedrooms have ocean view and they all have en suite bathrooms. There are safes in all the closets. The location is great is an easy 5 min drive into Red Hook with several grocery stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. Also right by the ferry to St John. We hope to stay at Sea Star Villa again!

Absolutely Perfect! Chris gets a perfect 5 stars. This home was well equipped. It was clear Chris paid special attention to every detail. From the fresh flowers on the table to the board games played by family and last but certainly not least the toilet paper (it's important too). House was clean and well stocked. EVERYTHING was well thought out and is truly a place to relax and enjoy.

Lovely family retreat in St. Thomas

What a fantastic place to stay with family or an all adult destination! Such wonderful space to roam safety within property boundaries. Gave children freedom to explore. This is by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever rented! Cabinets bursting with glassware, plates, pots, utensils. Variety of mixers and blenders are provided for those fabulous island drinks. Plenty of bedrooms with linens provided as well as beach towels. The pool, views, lounging and outside eating areas so wonderful to enjoy St. Thomas scenery. I will definitely rent again.

Great with a few drawbacks

Our family of 14 fit very nicely in this house. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and community space which made it feel comfy and relaxing. The pool was a great alternative to not having a beach on the property and we had a great time swimming and hanging around the outdoor patio. There were a few drawbacks. Since St. Thomas is very expensive food-wise, we cooked 90% of our meals at the house. We were disappointed to find out that the oven wasn't working. There was nothing much the host could do about it while we were there but it was a bummer. The mattresses on some of the beds really need replacing as some of our party was complaining of a lumpy, uncomfortable night's sleep. One of the pull out beds also didn't lay flat. There was a kid sleeping on it who didn't care much, but I'd imagine any adult would not have the best experience with that.

This beautiful home has it all! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Very clean. Owner was great. Very private. Gorgeous infinity pool and views. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Also enjoyed being right on the ocean and using the 3 kayaks. Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay there again!

Celebration Trip

There were 10 of us staying at the house celebrating various things. The house was very similar to the listing, which was good. When we arrived, we found that the hot tub did not work and the gate was not working either, but Chris came out the same day and attempted to begin repairs. Sadly, we also found some mold in at least two of the bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom was not suitable for anyone to stay in and I'm glad that we did not have a 6th couple. Chris came back the next day and attempted to finish the repairs to the hot tub and unfortunately it did not work during our stay, but we didn't rent the house primarily for the hot tub. Chris did provide a very reasonable credit towards our stay and we appreciated that! The upstairs and the outdoor space were AMAZING and we spent most of time while we were at the house taking in the views and enjoying the patio and pool! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the house to friends, but hope that they fix the mold issue and are able to repair the hot tub!

Star Villa

Property was exactly as advertised. The two levels and spacious bedrooms were great for all the couples. Chris was very responsive!Just make sure to bring water shoes if you want to use paddleboards/kayaks. Absolutely fantastic home!

Good Day Travelers! My name is Chris Brewer. I am one of the Owner/Managers of SeaStar Villa USVI.
My goal and dream is to provide you with the best service and property you have ever stayed at. My team and I will do everything in our power so you have the absolute best vacation possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased SeaStar Villa USVI knowing we could make it the best most desired vacation home on St. Thomas. We are continuously adding features and making small changes to update the property and create the perfect resort style vacation home. You wont want to leave the house because of the amenities we provide. Our Villa is located on the East End of St. Thomas close to Red Hook but just far enough away where you almost feel secluded on your own island.

The largest benefits we offer as the owner/ operators of SeaStar Villa USVI is that we live on St. Thomas and from the initial call/email to the process of booking to welcoming you into our beautiful villa and giving you a small tour, you will be dealing directly with me.
