Sea Star Luxury Villa est une villa unique située sur l'East End de la belle île des Caraïbes de St. Thomas. Sea Star est conçu pour fournir tout le confort de la maison avec la sérénité que l'on ne peut trouver que dans les îles. Respirez profondément et détendez-vous en contemplant notre piscine à débordement sur les eaux turquoises de Great Bay.

Sea Star Luxury Villa est idéalement situé juste en bas de la plage de la station de Ritz Carlton cependant, à Sea Star, nous avons notre propre plage de sable blanc privée et isolée, équipée de chaises de plage, paddle, kayaks et équipements de plongée-tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de la journée parfaite au bord de l'eau!

Avec notre piscine à débordement immaculée, nous avons un grand patio avec des chaises longues, un gril à gaz en acier inoxydable et deux salles à manger couvertes séparées - pouvant accueillir un total de 20 personnes. Dans notre niveau inférieur couvert, nous avons également un jacuzzi de 7 personnes, surplombant l'océan.

La villa elle-même a trois chambres à l'étage principal, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète. En outre, il y a deux suites au niveau inférieur avec une salle de bain complète, un salon privé et un canapé-lit. Nous dormons 14 adultes, et pouvons fournir des matelas d'air pour les invités supplémentaires si demandé. Nous avons eu des familles de jusqu'à 20 personnes confortablement au Sea Star! L'étage principal est également équipé d'une cuisine complète et salle à manger parfaite pour les grands groupes. Nous avons un système de divertissement complet avec un lecteur bluRay et une bibliothèque de films, un système de son surround et le Wifi.

De plus, pour votre commodité, nous avons un lave-linge / sèche-linge, la climatisation dans chaque pièce, et un générateur automatique en cas de panne d'électricité (ce qui peut arriver dans les tropiques).

Property only sleeps 15 adults comfortable

when booking this property, we thought we would be able to sleep 20-22 people. This property will only sleep 12 people comfortably in beds. There are 3 pull out sofas for anyone to sleep on, the mattress on the sofa bed is kinda thin so we pulled another sofa mattress and doubled it for 1 person to sleep on. We had 13 people on this trip. The house overall, communication, other description of the house was wonderful, the stay was absolutely wonderful, location was perfect! Chris was "on point" and very responsive to anything needed! I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Views!!

This beautiful home has it all! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Very clean. Owner was great. Very private. Gorgeous infinity pool and views. Loved watching the sunrise every morning. Also enjoyed being right on the ocean and using the 3 kayaks. Would highly recommend and we’d definitely stay there again!

Great with a few drawbacks

Our family of 14 fit very nicely in this house. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and community space which made it feel comfy and relaxing. The pool was a great alternative to not having a beach on the property and we had a great time swimming and hanging around the outdoor patio. There were a few drawbacks. Since St. Thomas is very expensive food-wise, we cooked 90% of our meals at the house. We were disappointed to find out that the oven wasn't working. There was nothing much the host could do about it while we were there but it was a bummer. The mattresses on some of the beds really need replacing as some of our party was complaining of a lumpy, uncomfortable night's sleep. One of the pull out beds also didn't lay flat. There was a kid sleeping on it who didn't care much, but I'd imagine any adult would not have the best experience with that.

Stunning property with gorgeous ocean views and pool! Loved that every room had their own bathroom and plenty of space for the 10 of us! Easy to drive to places, about 20-30 min to most attractions we wanted to see. Chris was a pleasure to work with. We found our own caterer to help with a dinner one night and provisioning services and went great! Highly recommend Baja Bites. The ice machine was clutch too! Super helpful! Highly recommend house, you won’t be disappointed in amenities.

Lovely stay

The house was great, the view and pool were 10 out 10. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive to any needs or questions we had. We arrived in a tropical storm and they checked in with us multiple times. We stayed with a party 16 ages 8-85. The area is very convenient for day trips around the island or just to eat in Red Hook. Ferry to StJohn is right around the corner and must!

Stunning Views

Perfect vacation spot for our large family and a baby! The location is super close to Red Hook and the bay is very quiet! We absolutely loved the deep pool, kayaks, paddle boards and being able to enjoy cocktails around the pool while enjoying the sound of the ocean. Everyone loved having their own and large rooms with a bathroom! It truly is a magical place!

The house is perfect. Prefect location and amenities. We stayed here with 10 guys , all of us stayed comfortably. The house and property is perfect with the views of the water and volley ball court, not to mention the infinity pool right out the back door. I highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The property manager Chris was great and the concierge Molly that I dealt with was amazing as well. Great experience and highly recommend

Celebration Trip

There were 10 of us staying at the house celebrating various things. The house was very similar to the listing, which was good. When we arrived, we found that the hot tub did not work and the gate was not working either, but Chris came out the same day and attempted to begin repairs. Sadly, we also found some mold in at least two of the bedrooms on the lower level. One bedroom was not suitable for anyone to stay in and I'm glad that we did not have a 6th couple. Chris came back the next day and attempted to finish the repairs to the hot tub and unfortunately it did not work during our stay, but we didn't rent the house primarily for the hot tub. Chris did provide a very reasonable credit towards our stay and we appreciated that! The upstairs and the outdoor space were AMAZING and we spent most of time while we were at the house taking in the views and enjoying the patio and pool! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the house to friends, but hope that they fix the mold issue and are able to repair the hot tub!

Paradise on Earth

My wife and I spent five nights with two of our kids, their spouses and Grandkids. There was a king suite for each couple and older Grandkid. The kitchen and living area was spacious. The pool area, right on the water, was breathtaking. We ate breakfast by the pool and all but one dinner. It was so nice to come back to the pool after being at the beach each day. The villa was located close to Red Hook for shopping and the ferry, and Coki, Sapphire and Lindquist beaches. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend Sea Star Villa.

Son’s wedding trip

Christian met me upon my arrival and took the time to give me a thorough tour of the property, after which we left to get groceries. Upon our return, we discovered the power had gone out and the generator hadn’t kicked in. I notified Chris, and he and Christian showed up in a matter of minutes and got the generator going. They also offered for me to contact them at any time if needed, which I did (twice) during my stay. Their responsiveness and positive attitudes were impressive to say the least. Our son was married during this trip and we had roughly 30 people at the house afterwards, and the house easily accommodated the group. Kids and adults alike had a great time and we’re impressed with this property. I highly recommend it, and give kudos and two thumbs up to Chris and Christian as hosts.

This is an outstanding property for a large family like ours. The layout was also great. The adults stayed upstairs ( along with our youngest grandson 14 months ) and the rest of family members stayed downstairs. Which they loved. Every think in kitchen worked and we had enough plates and glasses. All the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms and that was perfect. But the best was all the extra amenities, we were right on the beach and the Volleyball was a hit with my family plus the kayaks and paddle board and the younger boys loved going in the hot tub. So besides enjoying all the beaches and restaurants and sights in St Thomas the house was fantastic for our family. And between Chris and Christian they both came through for us to make our week at Star Villa the best ever. Many thanks.

Wow! Such an amazing property! The pictures don’t even do this villa justice. The house is all around luxury in my opinion. Chris wasn’t the most responsive prior to our trip but was very communicative and accommodating during our stay. We actually had an issue during our stay and he was there within 20-30 minutes. We had zero complaints about any of the amenities. Most anything you need was already there- washing detergent, event decorations, coolers, kitchen supplies, etc. We had plenty of room for our wedding party and festivities. Our stay was so amazing and all of our guests had a great time! Only down side- beach is unswimmable due to rocks and urchins but multiple people went out on kayaks and snorkeled. So many great beaches worth traveling to and the pool was a hit so really nothing lost with the beach access. Definitely bring water shoes if you want to use the beach for great snorkeling! We will be back, 20/10 stars from our group.

Spacious home

Fantastic property for 6 adults and 7 children for the week. Gorgeous area outdoors with a volleyball court, hammock and many areas to sunbath or just relax. Plenty of rooms for us to all have our own space and not feel on top of each other. Pool was a huge hit, temp was just right. Kitchen had every necessity we could think of to make our meals. Plenty of linens and we all commented on how our beds were really comfortable. Love that we were able to utilize the washer and dryer. Industrial size ice maker downstairs came in handy daily. Grill outdoors worked great for grilling. House was cool with AC and fans. This home has a privacy gate that you can lock to feel more comfortable. Neighbor to one side wasnt there all week and the other house next door is abandoned so it was nice and quiet other than the roosters (we loved it....but bring earplugs if you cant sleep through their noise every morning). I had to contact Chris a couple times and he was great at answering quickly. Christian was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely visit again! Thank you Chris & Christian.

Sea Star Villa, USVI is THE BEST of the Best in St. Thomas

The Sea Star Villa USVI property is everything it says it is....and more! We were delighted to find the property was more beautiful than the pictures. The spacious bedrooms, common areas, and kitchen were well equipped with everything you might need at a VRBO. We especially appreciated the beach towels and extra towels for our family of 10. Each bedroom was used and having a bathroom for each bedroom was ideal - no sharing, no waiting! Chris was a super host - we had a couple questions, and he was quick to respond and was quite helpful. The outdoor area was amazing - the views of St. John, Great St. James, and St. Thomas were stunning at sunrise, sunset, and all day. There are not words sufficient to describe the beauty of the blue waters, sandy beaches and amazing panoramic views that this property offers. We enjoyed having kayaks and paddle boards on property resulted in a fun afternoon for us and the little sea urchins were not a problem - wear water shoes and you will be fine. The location is ideal - just a few minutes to Red Hook and its great restaurants and the American Yacht Harbor where we were able to set sail on a Seas the Day catamaran snorkeling trip. We purchased SeaStar Villa USVI knowing we could make it the best most desired vacation home on St. Thomas. We are continuously adding features and making small changes to update the property and create the perfect resort style vacation home. You wont want to leave the house because of the amenities we provide. Our Villa is located on the East End of St. Thomas close to Red Hook but just far enough away where you almost feel secluded on your own island.
