3 BEDRM WATERFRONT COTTAGE, CANOE, KAYAKS, WIFI

Sorry NO PETS as guests on the property and NO SMOKING indoors. The cottage is right on the water, lots of wildlife, great for bird watching, Large 4 lake system, miles of boating on Gloucester pool, then for a further adventure it is connected to Georgian bay by locks on the Trent Severn. Honey Harbor, Midland, Whites Falls and lots of provincial parks close by, great fishing, ATV and hiking trails, fish right off the dock.

Only 1.5 hours from Toronto. Time to get out of the city and up to the cottage.

600 Sq/ft 3 bedroom cottage, bedroom 1 is a double bed, bedroom 2 is a double bed, and bedroom 2 is a bunk bed (2 twins). Sleeps 6. 4 piece bathroom (Bath Tub).

Cottage has Air conditioning, Bell ExpressVU Satellite TV, High-speed internet, fridge, stove, microwave, Coffee maker, toaster, and outdoor BBQ. Hot/Cold running water. All utensils, dishes, cups, pots, pans included. There is a shared canoe and 2 kayaks included at the waterfront with supplied equipment, e.g. life jackets, paddles, safety equipment, etc.

Just bring your pillow cases, bed sheets, comforters/blankets and towels, as NO Linens are supplied. No Pets, No Smoking.

The cottage is right on the water, lots of wildlife, great for bird watching, Large 4 lake system, miles of boating on Gloucester pool, then for a further adventure it is connected to Georgian bay by locks on the Trent Severn. Honey Harbor, Midland, Whites Falls and lots of provincial parks close by, great fishing, ATV and hiking trails, fish right off the dock, horse shoe pit,etc. Some of the wildlife you should see around our waterfront are Beavers, Loons, Great Blue herrings, White Swans, Mallard Ducks, Terns (Plunge Dive fishers), Minks, Muskrats, etc. Some of the fish in our waters are Large/Small Mouth Bass, Crappie, Northern Pike, Perch, Muskie, WallEye. There are many other lakes too in the area for excellent fishing adventures.

This place is great for a multiple family rental. Get your Best Friends family, In-laws, or whoever together. Share your vacation together, but with your own space for each of your family's. We offer discount package for rental of both cottages at the same time.

July and August we prefer rentals of 6+ nights. Shorter rentals last minute will be accepted a few days before if it does not get booked up for the week.
