This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities.

Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. Beautiful Family Home

A perfect place for a family stay. We enjoyed every moment spent during our visit. Located in prime location, it has access to pretty much everything, right from grocery stores to restaurants. The house was very clean, fresh linen, complete kitchen utensils, balcony with sitting, and cozy living room space. Although the bed rooms were facing the main road, we didn't feel road noise.

Condo was super clean, new and nice. Good ski locker, easy to access. Beds comfy, kitchen well-equipped. The door lock for the unit was a bit touchy, but thankfully we didn’t get locked out. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The shuttle to the resort was right outside, as were restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. One thing I would suggest is providing trash bags for the kitchen. We had to go buy some. I figured that was an oversight and don’t have a single true complaint!

We had a very comfortable extended stay with our family. Clean, lovely decor, fairly comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen and other supplies. We appreciated the view and plenty of windows, never had any issues with not having A/C in August. Would have liked to have had a curtain over the sliding door in the evenings for privacy and to block the sun from our eyes in the afternoons. Showers could use updated shower heads for pressure. Overall, great experience.

Perfect Location

Hideaway Station #10 was the perfect location for my family's winter getaway. Although it is on the Main Street I still found it to be quaint and cozy. We were able to catch shuttle right across the street. Beds were comfy as was the furniture. Although the temps outside were below zero the radiant floor heating kept the place toasty without having to touch the thermostat. Many restaurants were in walking distance but we kept the kitchen busy using the gas stove, crockpot and other cookware and bakeware. Would definitely stay here again in the winter.

Such an easy check-in, comfortable stay and so convenient to Winter Park mountain. Lift shuttle picks you up directly across the street, and so many places easy to walk to for drinks and dinner.

Great location and very clean

Great place. It could benefit from a trash can in the kitchen. We had to keep a loose bag in the hall by the kitchen for trash. It could also use a fan in the hallway with the bunks because it gets really hot in there with no air flow. It does face the road so there is a lot of road noise, but otherwise a great place to stay and we'd stay again.

Great property

This was a great property. Very clean and had many supplies for cooking. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Location does have a lot of road noise. One recommendation - you need a larger garbage can in the kitchen. A drink bucket is nowhere appropriate for kitchen trash.
