You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the 2 west-facing patios. This provides a great opportunity to soak in the natural beauty of the area. The condo offers a private hot tub for relaxation and rejuvenation. It's a great way to unwind after a day of activities.

Master bedrooms- Relax in the spacious king master with a Helix premium mattress, sitting chair, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Enjoy home made coffees, lattes or espresso martinis from our amazing coffee bar.
2nd bedroom- The guest room is equipped with a queen Helix mattress + twin XL Brooklyn Bedding mattress over top.
Living Room- Entertain in the living room while stretching out on the new Pottery Barn couch which doubles as a pull out full trundle bed (with mattress topper).
All TVs are Smart TVs. Rental includes access to YouTube TV for local and cable channels. Use your login to access Hulu, Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc.
Patios- Enjoy scenic views & BBQ on the 2 patios.
**Everything you need for babies and kids to have a great time: Bob stroller, clip on high chair, booster seat, Kelty hiking pack, sit me up chair, Pack N Play with mattress, toys (Lincoln Logs, Duplo blocks, hotwheels, Barbies), games, puzzles, cards
***Dog friendly- must disclose at time of booking if not a fee of up to $150 will be accessed. Must be crated when left unattended. Pet fee applied. Max 2 dogs. No cats or other animals.
Guest access
This condo does not have air-conditioning. This is very common in the mountains as the average summer temperatures rarely goes above 70 degrees. Blinds and curtains can be drawn during the day to keep the heat out. Living room and both bedrooms are equipped with ceilings fans, along with additional fans are provided. For the cold winter months each bedroom, bathroom and living space is conveniently equipped with separate thermostat controlling the electric baseboard heaters.
Other things to note
*security cameras on property in main exterior door doorbell and in garage facing exterior to parking lot- No cameras facing hot tub
**the booking person must be present during entire reservation. Any bookings made for someone else will be cancelled at guest cost and no refund will be given. No 3rd party bookings.
***There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or garage. Will result in extra fines.

We are a husband and wife team who self manages our home! We are new to VRBO, but have over 50 reviews on Airbnb all 5 stars! We pride ourselves on quick and personlized communication. By self managing we are able to directly handle all your needs, no need to go through a management company or 3rd party.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We chose our location based on the stellar views. The direct SW facing sun- you get sunrise to sunset views! it is super convenient to grocery shopping, restaurants, and the Fraser tubing hill. We are a short walk to the free Lift bus system.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Only a few units in the complex have ground floor access with private attached garage! There are no stairs to enter or navigate our condo. We also have a 7 person hot tub, the upstairs units only have a 4 person hot tube.
