The house comprises a spacious lounge room with limestone open fireplace (perfect for Winter getaways), large open plan kitchen dining room with island bench, this opens onto the north facing side deck which is ideal for outdoor entertaining and childrens play space. The 4 good size bedrooms are towards the rear of the home and all feature built in robes with access to the central bathroom (master with ensuite) and 3rd toilet for guests. Other features include ducted heating and evaporative cooling, fully fenced block with double carport. The rear garden is a fabulous space for children to play on the well manicured lawns while the parents enjoy some relaxation time on the deck.

The four bedrooms comprise of:

Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bedroom with ensuite
Bedroom 2- 1 x Queen bedroom
Bedroom 3- 1 x Queen bedroom
Bedroom 4- 1 x single bunk beds (sleeps two in total).

Guests have access to the full house and garden
Strictly no schoolies bookings or parties allowed, guests must be over 28 years of age
All fresh linen and towels included
Easily check yourself into the home with a key safe onsite
A limited amount of soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen basics provided

NB - Wood for the open fire can be arrange for your stay. Please let us know if you would like to order some wood for your stay and we can have it delivered to the property before your arrival. (1 x 20kg bag, 1 x kg kindling $45 Its recommended that 1 x bag will last 1 night).
