1. Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Late check-out results in a $500 fee.

3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.

Excellent experience with Roami. The only issue was cleanliness wasn’t perfect in bathroom. Location was close to bourbon street and superdome. We walked everywhere for food. Perfect location. Safe area. Would definitely do again.

The location is perfect about 4 blocks from the French quarters, Very clean very quiet All the locks are digital so it was easy to get in-and-out. If you have a vehicle parking is a problem. When I visit again I will be staying at this property..

Stayed for a long weekend. Make sure you aren't facing Carondelet St (streetcar) or don't mind the occasional noise burst from the streetcar. Works for fun, business, etc. Like having a cool apartment in the city.

Exactly as picture shows, very very clean and nicely appointed. The building had a nice work out room and quiet patio as well as a separate lounge area. A code is given to enter the building so we felt very safe. Great location for walking around Bourbon St. and French Quarter. The service team could not have been better to deal with. They always responded to my questions. I would highly recommend!

Convenient Location

The apartment was located in a very convenient location. Most area attractions were walk-able, and if not, UBER, was a very fast and efficient way to get around New Orleans. As other reviews warned, the building is located on the trolley line and it runs all night. Fortunately, there was a box fan located in the laundry closet and it came in handy to help drown out the noise at night. The apartment was nicely decorated, very clean, and everything seemed new. We arrived on New Year's evening so the neighborhood and room next to us was in party mode. The noise was very loud coming from revelers in the apartment next door to the right. After investigating, you could see where the interior Sheetrock wall butted up to an existing brick wall that it needed caulking. You could actually see light from the other room. Also, more insulation in the interior wall would help too. The neighbors were gone the next night so it was much quieter. I would stay here again if visiting New Orleans in future.

This location is amazing. Rouse's (grocery store) is only 3 blocks away across Poydras, and there is a great coffee shop literally next door. I used to live three blocks down the road towards the Quarter, so I was already familiar with the area, but this apartment was considerably nicer than mine (and I was in a "luxury" building!). The hosts were very communicative regarding the check in process and the access codes for the building and room. The front desk is virtually manned, meaning by a human on an ipad. That was totally sufficient for our needs and worked seamlessly. The apartment itself was great; if anything it's a little nicer than the pictures convey. The ceilings are extremely high, which helped the space feel large. We didn't use the pull-out feature of the sofa, but it was comfortable and the set up of the living room was convenient. I saw a few other reviews mention subpar wifi, but I worked remotely from the apartment all week (multiple video calls included) and it worked perfectly. I should also mention it was very well air conditioned, which is not common in New Orleans. All in all, I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend it to my friends. It was so easy and comfortable that I honestly regretted that I had to move into another hotel for the wedding I was attending after my stay here.

Mardi Gras home base

My family & I stayed for 8 days during Mardi Gras. Great location. Loved the courtyard, sitting room & gym as well! Elevator closest to our room was broken for our entire stay, but that did not affect us as we were able use the stairs. One bedroom apartment w/pullout couch in LR was sufficient for us, however the couch springs were broken & sagged to the floor if laid upon. Luckily we knew a local & they provided an air mattress. There were a couple of other things that were not up to par. 1. One of our two stools had a broken leg. 2. There was NO discount for parking in the designated parking garage, even though we were told by Stay Alfred that there was. 3. Our spare blanket looked like someone had vomited spaghetti sauce on it. We had to wash it before using it. 4. There is NO full length mirror in the apartment. 5. No broom/dustpan to clean up our own messes. Mostly minor stuff, but made a note of it as an inconvenience.
