Located in the heart of Radium, this condo is just a short drive to the national park hot springs, multiple golf courses & walking distance to the town's many shops & restaurants. From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by the natural home feeling, but the excitement of being surrounded by mountains. After the day's adventure, ensure to relax in the hot tub or enjoy the sun by the outdoor pool.

One underground parking stall, unlimited free high-speed Wi-Fi and a cable package are included.

Living Room
The living room features a 43" smart TV that is Internet enabled. You can log into Netflix or any other streaming service you wish. Cozy up to the fireplace, watch a movie, or grab the board games for a little friendly competition.

Kitchen
This fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook even the largest meals!
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of Knives.
– Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers, Slow Cooker, French Press, Kettle
– We keep it stocked with coffee, tea, salt, and pepper.

Master Bedroom
It has a Queen bed, bathroom, and giant walk-through closet. Wake up every morning to beautiful mountain views right out the window!

Bedroom 2
This is a large bedroom with a luxurious queen bed and walk-through closet. It shares a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Den
The den is located just off the entrance and has a double sofa bed for additional sleeping. This is a great place for the little ones!

Patio
Unobstructed beautiful mountain views. You will indeed fall in love with the valley from this patio. Includes a propane grill that will work great all year!

Laundry
There is a washer and dryer in the common bathroom closet available for your use during your stay. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Smoking is only allowed outside of the complex parking lot. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. 1 pet per reservation will be allowed to join you! The condo does not allow more than 1 pet.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
