The space
Welcome to our beautifully renovated Hyams Beach home, where each space is thoughtfully designed to enhance your stay. The property features expansive North and East facing wrap-around decks, offering panoramic ocean views and a mix of sunny and covered spots for dining and relaxation.
Inside, the living areas blend contemporary style with beachside comfort. The new open-plan kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with modern appliances and a central island, perfect for social cooking and gatherings. The adjoining living and dining area opens onto the covered deck, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.
The house has three uniquely designed bedrooms for comfort and tranquility:

Master Bedroom (BR1): This serene retreat features a comfortable sofa and a 50" TV, perfect for relaxation. It includes a luxurious ensuite bathroom and opens onto a private patio with secluded bush and ocean views.

Bedroom 2 (BR2): Ideal for families or friends, this room includes a queen bed and a single with a trundle pull-out, adaptable for various sleeping arrangements. Large windows frame the lush bush views.

Bedroom 3 (BR3): Boasting direct deck access and ocean views, this room features a new Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress queen bed and a ceiling fan, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Our home is a natural paradise. Enjoy daily visits from a friendly mob of kangaroos at dawn and dusk, which help keep our new turf low and neat. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the variety of local parrots visiting each day.

Experience more than just a stay at our home; it's an immersive beachside getaway. The sounds and scents of the beach and bush, combined with the comfort and elegance of the house, create a truly relaxing and memorable experience. Unwind and reconnect with nature in style.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Our home, a newly renovated 3-bedroom cottage, now features 2 full bathrooms with showers, enhancing your comfort and convenience.

Located in a peaceful corner of Hyams Beach, the property offers breathtaking 270-degree views of the ocean and surrounding bushland. A newly poured driveway leads to our spacious 800m+ block, providing easy access and four parking spaces for your convenience.

After a day at the beach, enjoy the luxury of a refreshing rinse in our outdoor hot/cold shower. For your outdoor dining pleasure, we've added a new gas-powered Weber BBQ, perfect for grilling up a delicious meal to enjoy on the deck.

You are invited to explore every aspect of this serene retreat, from the landscaped gardens to the wrap-around decks and the modern, airy interior. Our home is designed to be your ideal beachside escape, combining comfort with the stunning natural beauty of Hyams Beach.

Linen and Towels: We include all linen and towels in the rental price, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and convenient as possible.
Cleaning Charge: Please note there is an additional cleaning charge per rental to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Welcome Pack: Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, and sugar to start your stay off right. We also provide a Nespresso machine for your use - kindly use only Nespresso compatible pods.
Cooking Basics: The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking necessities. We provide these free of charge and kindly request that if you run out of any item, you replace it for the next guest's convenience.
Local Amenities: For added convenience, consider using the 'click and collect' service at the local Woolworths in Vincentia Marketplace, just a 5-minute drive from Hyams Beach. It’s a great way to easily stock up on supplies as you come in from the highway.
